Our records shows that your orders were flagged by our Fraud department. When this happens, the order automatically cancels and no payment is collected. I'm very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.

Absolute Scam

Tried to order the same product 5 times from their website. Tried to pay both through Paypal and Credit Card. After the orders kept disappearing, I contacted Customer Service. Supposedly, their Fraud Team kept flagging and canceling my orders for no reason. They told me they would discuss with their colleagues to stop flagging the orders so that it goes through. Total BS. They do nothing except write ‘we’re sorry’ and ‘we’re checking’ without any actual result. They just keep stringing you along until you give up. I suspect they don’t have the actual item on stock at all.

EDIT 2: After “Catherine” reached out to me by email and assured me that the issue had been resolved, I placed another order. Guess what? Same thing happened! Order got canceled and Catherine “will check what went wrong”. This is a fraudulent website; avoid it at all costs.

EDIT @Eve: after almost a dozen orders, I received the WRONG product. The ordered product shows Spanish. The received product is French. Totally useless to me. I expect to be reimbursed in full for the amount that was charged to my credit card.

TOOK THE BAIT AND GOT HOOKED!

WHEN I SAW YOUR WEBSITE I WAS COMPLETELY HOOKED BECAUSE YOU DESCRIBED THE ITEMS THAT ARE LISTED FOR SALE WITH GREAT ACCURACY AND COMPLETE DETAIL. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH YOUR WEBSITE AND HOW YOU HANDLED MY ORDER. EVEN THE TRACKING INFO AFTER CHECK OUT WAS COMPLETED WAS EASY AND THOROUGHLY DESCRIBED IN EASY AND SHORT TO THE POINT DETAIL.

MY Timeline: Order #95153022

Order 95153022 placed: 15 / 06 / 2022

Initially contacted them to cancel the order nearly a month after the order! : 06 / 07 / 22 (as this was needed for a wedding in early July)

Told 07 / 07 / 20 : "You can cancel items from your order through My Fishpond "
- This functionality **isnt** available for an order that should have been delivered weeks ago, so was instructed to wait for the order to arrive so I can return it!!!

Contacted by Fishpond telling me I can cancel the order: 12/ July / 22:
"Unfortunately your order hasn't arrived in the time we originally expected it to.
We will give the item a couple more weeks to arrive in case it is just late. If it hasn't arrived by then, we will cancel the order.
If you prefer not to wait another couple of weeks in case it does arrive you can cancel the order at any time through"
- Again, this functionality **isnt** available for an order that should have been delivered weeks ago.

The link did not work so I emailed you: 12/ July / 22:
"Please cancel and refund my order."

NO RESPONSE

BOOK ARRIVES: 30 / 08 / 22

THIS IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND.

Should we have known there was a problem, we would have cancelled it and reported the issue immediately.

You have a raised dispute with Paypal so it has not allowed me to refund you until this process is complete. Alternatively, you can remove it so that I can proceed with the refund.

DISHONEST SELLER

ORDERED A BOOK FROM THEM THEN I REALIZED THE ORDER WOULD ARRIVE IN 1 MONTH, SO AFTER JUST 1 DAY I DID CANCEL THE ORDER, HOWEVER AFTER 1 WEEK THEY WRITE ME THAT THE ORDER WAS SENT AND THEY DIDNT RECEIVE MY REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ORDER, WHICH I KNOW IT WAS A LIE BECAUSE I SENT THE REQUEST THROUGH AMAZON AND I GOT THEIR RECEIPT.

I got charged twice without my knowledge and customer service did nothing

My order was cancelled and so I reordered the item only to see that a month later my original order had been reinstated and I got charged for both orders without my knowledge or input. No warning or anything?!?!

On top of that, I contact customer support to fix the issue and after giving over my two reference numbers for my orders I was just left with no responses?!?!

Just absolutely horrendous service altogether and would never suggest anyone to buy from here unless they actually can fix these issues and for some reason I’m the only person being ignored 🤷‍♂️

Disappointed

I ordered a figurine from this site the figurine I received was nothing like the picture on the web site just cheap and nasty I have sent at least 5 emails with pictures requesting a return/refund they are good at acknowledging the first email then nothing. Will put this loss down as experience will never use this site again.

I purchased an item for my wife's…

I purchased an item for my wife's birthday that was in stock. It took them 3 weeks to post it and a further 4 weeks because it was posted from the US. This item was purchased from fishpond Australia. Never going to order from fishpond again. I will miss my wife's birthday by a few weeks because of this idiocy

Dodgy site

Dodgy site, bought sunscreen product by Replenix but the item i received came in a generic plain white tube with a sticker of the Replenix logo and branding stuck onto the tube. Looked very sketchy, obviously not the same product released by Replenix. Looked like a fake but not even a good fake, no effort to resemble the real packaging. Weird. Got refund in the end but they didn't make it easy.

Bait and Switch ?!

I placed can order for a set of placemats that I wanted on fishpond.com. The item was very pricey, but I was willing to pay it because I really wanted that particular item. It took over a month for them to arrive and when they did they were not the design that I ordered. I wrote them and they asked for a photo of the shipping box.
I sent it and never heard from them again. I filed a claim through PayPal . Still no response. Their practice of not even answering when someone has a problem smacks of dishonesty. I will never order from them again and certainly can never recommend them to anyone else.
