Nice product and good price

Nice product and good price, decent shipping time. I got for my grandson to replace one he had before. Thought I was ordering same one but this one is at least twice as big as the original. I know he'll like it but really big for keychain. Otherwise, great service!

Unlawful and illegal

Consider yourself lucky if you took the effort to read this review before confirming your purchase on Fishpond. I definitely didn't and have paid the painful price for it. Scammers would be a kind word to describe them and their business ethic, if it exists at all.

Overcharged on a simple order, refused to refund me back to the rightful listed amount paid. After back and forth of multiple emails, received the same stock reply from 'Jaiko', 'Margie' and 'Jiva' each reciting the same spiel (how convenient that they don't have a phone line or an address to reach them - red flags should be blazing right now). They are probably the same person or bot, wouldn't put it past them.

They refuted their own order charge form including how much I was overcharged by. Instead kept redirecting me to other parties ('please check your bank statement again' - then 'did you check with your phone provider if it wasn't sent somewhere else' when I confronted them with a letter from my bank detailing the amount, transaction ID of the overcharge and the RECEIPTS). They will mislead and misdirect you and keep doing so hoping to wear you down. Once I realised their modus operandi, I went straight to (www.)consumerprotection.(govt.nz/) to report this dishonest business. I strongly suggest you do too - for those in the below reviews who have been cheated similarly.

Shame on you for cheating everyday people of their hard earned money. Word of advice for ordinary folk out there: AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are not worth the extra $5 saved, go to the more reputable seller to get your item instead. It will save you money and a few years of your life you will never get back. And guess what, even my initial order? Never arrived. This constitutes enough evidence to lodge a formal police report, which I have done so.

5 Stars on most, but 2 stars on packaging.

The buying process was good. Communication was strong as well. Props on those two points.

I got notification that shipping had occurred, but the tracking indicated that the label had been created, but the item had not shipped yet. Not bad service, just a thing.

Shipping was quicker than estimated, which was also a plus.

Items need better packing. Two of the corners of the box were dented along with a spot on one edge. All of this packaging damage carried through to dings in the book. That is a bummer as I was adding this book to my collection. I didn't raise a dispute as I didn't want to invest the time in that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This website is selling my products without my consent and charging a ridiculous amount.
I will be contacting my attorney - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

UPDATE: Fishpond - Really??? go on your website, search my business name (Be Natural Organics) and remove the 14 products you illegally posted on your site. You did not provide a way for me to respond so I am forced to respond here.

UPDATE: The email address Catharine gave me in a nonworking email. This is such a scam!!!

save your money, waste of time

Accepted an order, gave me confirmation of it being accepted, didn't hear any word for a month, and then tell me I cancelled my order (which I didn't nor did I EVER recieve ANY notification suggesting it was cancelled). Spent a month trying to check my order status/update, and the website is so trash it lets you think you have an order, but won't list it cancelled, progressing, refunded, ANYTHING. JUST blank. Customer service was mediocre, bare minimum, offering no solutions no empathy, no "for next time", is an absolute joke (as someone whos been in customer service for about 10 years, I know what Im talking about) better off trying to make the product you want than going through them. Still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and check to see if they even refunded my money.

@Catherine: can't seem to reply to you so adding here. Hi Catherine, thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the delay. The matter has been "resolved" if you can call it that. I was promptly given a refund when i mentioned that the company had no problem cancelling with no notification but somehow keeping my money. Again, no empathy or manners. No attempt at resolution anywhere except here where it's public and people can see, refund should have gone through automatically with the alleged cancellation, and overall just overwhelming signs of tone deafness from the staff involved (not here, you're fine). 0/10 still don't recommend.
