APPALLING
Appalling service DO NOT order from them. I ordered items on the 23 September and they still haven't arrived on the 1st Nov.
I have sent constant emails requesting a refund.
They constantly fob you off and condradict themselves. They request you contact a particular person who makes promises they couldn't keep even if they gave you a name which they don't.
DO NOT use this company.
Consumer rights state you are entitled to a refund if you have not had the goods in 30 days. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and they reply with garbage
If I could score them it would be a minus.

I purchased from a link on Cheryl Bakes and it was for Halara jeans. The jeans i received were not halara and i have requested a refund. The process seems extremely difficult with the order no. Not being enough information i needed to take a photo of the delivery bag? All seems ridiculous to me. Emails back and forth and still no updates of how to return and get a refund. Stay clear

The order arrived in good time.
I would give 5 stars but the legs on the briefs were a bit short, so uncomfortable.
On complaining I received an immediate response, and accepted a 20% refund.
I was also offered to send the order back, but as the postage cost to China was expensive, I turned that down.
Very happy with their communication, as very helpful.
I will be buying some more briefs when they are upgraded with extra leg length.

Just received my order which has taken…months to arrive
Just received my order which has taken months to arrive and does not resemble either the photos or description of the item I ordered. Which was meant to be a
Heart Tree of Life Cremation Pendant, which I should have been able to place a few of my husband's ashes,
I received and open work pendant that although hinged is made in a way you can not open to even place a photo.
Total scam, those grieving a loved one hoping for a momento don't bother total scam.

Do not order from this company, I thought I was buying halara jeans after Cheryl Bakes promoted them on Facebook. That was a scam , they stole her profile. They took about a month to arrive and are a cheap copy which are far too small . I have emailed multiple times with no joy . I'll keep trying to get my refund but I'm not holding out much hope

Do not buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off! I bought a pair of wide leg jeans, very much like the Halara jeans. They took for ever to arrive a when they finally did, they were horrible, the quality was nasty, nothing like the description, very poorly made, a far to big. Countless emils were sent to this company with no success, they arrived from china, when they said they would be shipped from my nearest outlet!. They wouldn’t let me exchange them, they wouldn’t refund me, an in the end wouldn’t reply to my emails! Total rip off!!!!

Do not trust this company. I ordered what I thought were jeans from a UK company. I'm sure the advert was a scam
The jeans for not fit and are cheaply made.
I complained and was offered £3 compensation which I refused, then £6 which I refused. They said it would be too expensive for me to return them to China
Please Do Not buy from this company, 8 believe you will be very disappointed

Scammers
I was overcharged when placing my order. Somehow the amount taken from my bank was more than I authorised. After several emails the overcharge was refunded but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
I received the jeans a month later and they measured as a size 16, two sizes smaller than ordered. The waist was a 34”.
I contacted them and was initially offered £4 and then £8. I refused and they provided me with an address in china. Refund would be subject to a tracked return being received. As the postage was going to be almost as much as the jeans I conceded and accepted the £8. These guys are scammers, avoid!!!!
The response below to contact them is laughable. I have emailed them a dozen times before I wrote the review to give them a chance to resolve first. Please avoid this company.

I've bought wide leg jeans for 1st time from Fit and fabulous. I ordered the xl as I would be 18/20 for comfort. The top of the jeans were quite hard to get into as the size seemed small for me. But when on looked OK. XL I think would be small uk 18 in my opinion. Delivery was 3 weeks but you were updated regularly. I just kept them.

No reply when you ask for refund or exchange
I purchased the jeans as I saw Cheryl’s bake recommend them. They arrived and they don’t fit. Have emailed several time to the support to ask if I can return them or exchange them but so far not received a reply. Feeling let down and out of pocket now by nearly £30. Lesson learnt I think.

The item was not at all like the title/description. Stretchy fit? No. High waist? No. True to size? No. This is what they replied to my email.
"Plus Size High Waist Comfy Stretch Knit Wide Leg Jeans with Multiple Pockets; Order placed on 2026-09-29 22:28:05.This is merely the title of the product you ordered and does not represent all the products or attributes you actually ordered"
Fraud. Absolutely rubbish.
Took weeks to arrive too.

I thought I was ordering Halara jeans…
I thought I was ordering Halara jeans after watching Cheryl Bakes recommendation and link in her FB page. So I feel I was conned however the jeans arrived and they look and fit well. They are so comfortable but the the lining of the pockets is cut too short so shows when I move. I contacted Fit and Fabulas' 24hr customer service via email. I expressed how nice the jeans were but explained the problem with the the pockets and sent them photos. I did get a quick underwhelming response just basically apologizing. I sent another email to customer services and received a reply offering me £3 refund or I could send them back to China at my own costly expense. If you look up Cheryl Bakes on FB you will see her videos about her dismay and upset about having her videos stolen and copied by this company. The link for Halara jeans on her video was removed and a link for Fit and Fabulous put in its place. That's how myself and many others ended up with Fit n Fabulous jeans rather than Halara.

Rubbish plastic tat!
Wow!! I cannot believe the cheek of this company. I will attached photos of what I thought I was buying and what I received. Complete con. Plastic tat!! Picture advertised looks like paper machete style beautifully painted, that was not what I got. They were £13 each and p&p totalled to £30. 3 weeks waiting for such crap to arrive. DO NoT buy from this company . Can’t seem to upload the photos on here, trust pilot please advice…
2nd review… despite this company writing a ‘nice’ reply in trust pilot, behind the scenes thry are trying to offer me only £3 in compensation instead of sending item back to China (thier words!) as it would be expensive for me. £3!!!!
