When I first ordered they took more out of my account than stated Delivery took a long time I’d actually forget I ordered them by time they arrived hearts are nice but there was a little fake greenery on the top which Iv taken off as it spoilt them looked cheap greenery

I found the whole experience very…
I found the whole experience very simple. The order was deliveted exactlyvas reqiested. The laminated cards will be so useful, following recipes in the kutchen then being able to wipe them clean. Unfortunately my husband had to have his Gall Bladder removed yesterday so I will have to wait awhile to use them.

Gorgeous item
The item arrived well packaged although it did take some time but it was from overseas so I'd expect it to take a while, and i was able to track its progress. The item is as described. Its gorgeous when on and you can choose the colours with the remote control. Hopefully the kids will love them too, I'll find out at xmas.

I ordered jeans believing that they were halara as the company were using someone else's advertising site they over charged me when I contacted fit and fabulous they said they would refund me but the refund is still showing as pending 3 weeks later when I ask for a full refund because I discovered that they were using other people's advertising they said it was to late as my goods had already been posted still have not arrived I have sent 4 emails asking why they are using other people's advertising and they keep sending me the same answer that is if I'm not happy when my goods arrive I can ask for a refund they refused to answer the question. Avoid this company.

Absolutely awful company I bought a pair of Jeans from fit and fabulous and when they arrived they did not fit.
I have sent them at least 6 emails asking how I can return them but to no avail they are totally ignoring any of my emails so much so they are sending me emails stating I am ordering other goods which I am not. So people please be careful when placing orders with this company they scam you out of your money

Rather disappointed
I liked the colour and how light they were. However, although I could read wearing them, the moment I looked ahead the vision was blurred. No good for driving, or reading anything more than an arms length away.

Watch the charges
The product is satisfactory. However, I am rating a low reply, as I was very disappointed that I was charged an extra amount on my bank debit. I made an immediate complaint, to cancel the order but , but customer services were prompt in replying saying it was a systems error, & I will be refunded, in 2-3 working days. However, 25 days later I have not received a refund!

Liked the items ordered 2 unfortunately one of them was broken. Asked for a replacement but have been trying to get an answer. First they said they didn’t have an Oder under my email address and then I was asked to confirm my order number , which I did. Until now nothing solved . Hence the 3stars. I thought it was buying from one…
I thought it was buying from one company but it transpired it was from another company's name on my bank statement so it caused some confusion. When the parcel arrived it has clearly been cut opened. I contacted the courier DPD so you can imagine the run around I got from them. I did manage to get a particular refund from the supplier Quicksolve.vip.
