I was scammed as thought i was ordering…
I was scammed as thought i was ordering Halara jeans. It was someone I follow called Cheryl Bakes. She buys Halara jeans and said to get the jeans in her link. Your company used her video and put your link in it instead. I didn't realise until I saw Cheryl's video saying it was a scam. Very unhappy as the jeans are not what I expected. After reading reviews on the return policy it seems pointless me wasting more money to post them back.

Disappointing incomplete kit.20/10/2026
They could send a complete pattern. All you receive is the pattern for the head, no pattern for the body, arms or spinner. This may not be a very expensive kit but it still cost reasonable amount of money, it also says it is for a beginner,no defiantly not. I would like a complete pattern to finish this kit, other wise a refund springs to mind.

Not true to size - waistband is very small.
I placed the order on 25 September and it didn’t arrive until 20 October, which is quite a delay. Unfortunately when it did arrive - 2 pairs of denim wide legged trousers - they didn’t fit. I emailed the company last night and the reply today has quite restrictive conditions attached
Photos to show what the issue is - not sure how I can take a photo of myself trying the trousers on when they were too small, the SKU number, order number (I had already provided this) and the details on the slip inside the package. The slip is a generic after sales guarantee. I would like a refund but have no idea how long this is likely to take, as I haven’t been provided with an address to return the order.

Quality, colour, sizing all of these are very very poor. They are trying to get me to pass my purchase onto someone else and give me a goodwill gesture of £4!!!!! Ah not acceptable and I want a full refund. Don't waste your money on this company the quality is absolute rubbish, colour is not what I was expecting and the sizes are ridiculous too small!!! Oh and you wait forever for delivery come from China and then they put a royal mail sticker over it. Very poor customer service available also only online .

Bad experience
Bad experience, still not received item and keep being given different reasons for delay. Parcel was in the UK on the 10-10-26 then told there was a problem with the production a few days later. They keep asking me to be patient, won’t issue a refund. Parcel wasn’t even in the UK AVOID this company

Was sceptical I’d ever see my order…
Was sceptical I’d ever see my order after ordering online but after a delay I found out the company was in USA so it would take time for goods to arrive. They kept me up to date with each step of the delivery and they arrived yesterday. I’m delighted with my new stretchy jeans. The fit is fabulous the material is good quality I just love them. They are a bit long in the leg for me but I’ll soon alter that. I will order again in future (knowing they will take time to arrive isn’t a problem)

Poor quality goods
Poor fit at waist, too long and took far too long to come therefore although the cost was reasonable I got what I paid for so maybe my expectations were too high. I won’t be buying from your company again - sorry!

Scam site
After I ordered the item, I noticed that they had taken more money from my account than the cost of the item. They said it was an oversight! I waited 6 weeks for my order to arrive. It was not what was on their website. It should have been cards I could embroider. what I received was paper pictures that I could not embroider without tearing. The best I could do would be to colour the pictures in. The items I received were not fit for purpose and a complete waste of money. I don't even trust them to refund my money if I send the paper back.
