The best and only face to face part-time educational providers for Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness with knowledgeable staff that have grounded industry experience. Sydney CBD campus is the best. The educational resources and support has improved a lot from student feedback. The college had my back through some tough life events. Transitioned from Online to Face To Face at Fit College Wantirna
I transitioned from Online to a full time Face To Face Certificate III course and was glad I did. Darius, Narelle and Joel from Wantirna FIT College were fantastic coaches and made each session challenging and interesting. It was terrific to learn and train with like minded people of all ages. To be completely honest I enjoyed my time doing the course thos review is just ann insight for people looking into options. Unfortunately as someone who relays solely on my self to fund this course it was great to chose to do a payment plan. Yet be aware you can’t get the certificate unless it’s fully paid. It can be quite frustrating if you cannot afford to do this. I would like to add that the team as assured to help and continued to get back to me which has been appreciated. Just adding incasr someone in similar position was hoping to get abit of a job role started with the paying off certification.

If I could give 2 different ratings I…
If I could give 2 different ratings I would. I received 5/5 star services from the staff and support when contacting the Fit College Team through the website or phone call. They were extremely helpful and willing to provide assist or support however they could.
I rate the Cert 3 course itself a 3/5 star rating as I found the some of content non-beneficial and repetitive. I found myself meeting all set criteria for an assessment but not meeting the set assessment video time which lead to me having to resubmit on multiple occasions. If I hit all other aspects of an assignment I found it ridiculous to need a specific time for a video which also leads to issues uploading and submitting them in 2 and enormous amounts of phone storage.

Self-paced online is a joke
Self-paced online is a joke. They throw assignments and more assignments. All to do with the older demographic. I found it very hard to understand what the assignment wanted from me. I would then submit my assignment to get a very poorly detailed message saying how it wasn't 100% satisfactory. I then called to switch to in-person, as online, it is a joke. Then they tell me it's $4000 to switch to in person, and they say they have an exclusive discount of $2000 to switch to in person. This is a joke already paid a premium to do this course, which is very poorly laid out, then want to switch to face-to-face to be slapped in the face with more money to spend. This course seems like it was purely designed to generate money and pump as many people as it can. Would not recommend

A great place to learn and have fun
The onboarding process was easy and the consultant was very patient and answered all my questions. The teachers were amazing and very knowledgeable, particularly Kellee. The experience of learning face to face was invaluable and far better an experience than the last time I studied something online. I left feeling far more confident than I feel I would have if I had chosen their online option, but it is a great option for whoever needs it, as well as the options to study part time or full time. I'm about to start my first job and I only graduated 3 weeks ago. Very happy with my experience.

Disappointing experience in all areas
Very disappointed with our experience at Fit College. My daughter enrolled in a face-to-face course and quickly realised their classroom experience was very different from what she expected coming from Year 12 studies. Classes felt disorganised and the teaching support did not meet our expectations. The teacher appeared inexperienced and the overall learning environment lacked structure.
After contacting head office to discuss our concerns, we were advised the options were to either change the course to online learning or lose over $6,000 already paid, as there were no refunds available. Because of this, she switched to the online option.
Unfortunately, the online experience wasn't much better. Support while studying remotely was minimal despite multiple requests for assistance. At one stage, even a teacher appeared unable to properly explain or clarify one of the online assessments, which was frustrating and concerning.
Communication with head office was also difficult. Attempts to call often failed and getting through for support became a challenge.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what we expected from a so called “professional” training provider. Based on our experience, I would encourage people to thoroughly explore other study options before committing.

I completed the FIT Elite™ Personal Trainer Course at Fit College's Bibra Lake campus (both Cert 3&4 and bonus content).
The course was well structured and professionally delivered by Zoe, Reuben and Callam who shared their obvious experience in the fitness industry and were invaluable for the practical components.
Fit College also try and find work for you in the industry, with Nikki and Darcey running group class excursions during Cert 3, as well as help match you with current job vacancies.
