Despite placing a piffling order ( a length of studded rod,some washers and some nuts) the package turned up super quick and even had a little surprise pack of sweets inside ...

SS M10 Nuts, Bolt & Washers.
Second order with Fix & Fast. I only needed a single stainless steel M10 bolt with two nuts and washers. Fix & Fast again were the solution. No point buying a big bag of nuts, bolts and washers that will never be used when you can just buy the quantity you need. Very quick delivery as well. Very happy customer.

A good source of unusual sizes
You stocked a type of screw that the big name stores don't carry. Even using the standard delivery, they arrived with minimal delay and were properly packed.

Great product and company
Easy to find product on website, good quality product and great customer service. Delivery was delayed (due to Royal Mail). I asked if I could get a small refund on the next day postage as I paid for this and there were no quibbles and a straight yes. Could have been 5 stars if I’d been offered the delivery refund without needing to ask but overall, great company and will use again. A small tip for future - could a tracking link be sent with the confirmation email for next day deliveries? Might save customer service some time too not having to reply to people like me (last minute diy’ers).

Great quality screws in small quantities
The ability to purchase just the exact type of stainless steel screws and number of screws was great. Delivery costs were very reasonable.
The screws are of excellent quality.
