Fixed our Sage Pro machine.
LIving in the Nort East it seemed impossible to find someone to fix our Sage Pro machine, other than a couple of 'national' outfits that wanted an arm and a leg just to take a look at it. Having read good things about Rory and Debs at Bristol repairing Sage Express machines, I chanced my arm and enquired if they could help. So glad I did. From shipping the machine to them it was fixed and back to us within a week. Great communications throughout. I highly recommend them.

When our Sage machine stopped working after nearly 4 years, we were heartbroken; a few days later after a repair and service, it's as good as new. Coffee never tasted so good!

From the beginning communication with Rory and Debs was superb! They told us exactly how to package and send our machine to them. Throughout the service process they kept us up to date, even sending a video of the machine working - proud coffee mama moment!
Unfortunately, once FMCM returned our machine to us parcel force lost it! Horror! Debs was utterly fantastic and spend hours chasing it for us. Sadly, it was never found. However, FMCM did not hesitate to offer to send us a like-for-like replacement from their stock (via a different carrier!).
We are delighted with our newly serviced machine and cannot recommend fixmycoffeemachine highly enough.

Absolutely superb service, I'd been putting off getting my machine fixed for ages and I finally got round to it! Rory did an incredible job, his communication was perfect and the service is spot on and super easy! I will definitely recommend him to my other Barista Express owners and he'll be the first person I contact if anything happens to go wrong!

Great service. Before I even handed over the machine he checked the symptoms so had an idea of what the root cause was. I live fairly close so was able to I drop it off - he offers postal/fedex. Had it fixed within a day and gave me the old part. The machine is like new - pressure, boiling etc
