Problem solved very quickly

Cost me £60 to fix their problem

New and unused account got disabled for no reason and support took so long to fix it that it ended up costing me £60 extra because early tickets sold out.

I had a wonderful experience with FIXR!!

I had a wonderful experience with FIXR…I had to change the date for my tickets so I emailed the company and received a reply the following day…They were very efficient and emailed me new tickets with the correct date for the Arcadia Earth show in Tampa FL!! The show was fantastic and I was so grateful to FIXR for their prompt response, not to mention saving my money! I would definitely use them again!

Don’t buy Harper Freshers club ticket

Paid for the last minute ticket for an event, later saw that (due to 2025 selling out) it was for 2026 freshers week. Arrived at the club who then informed us that the event on Fixr had nothing to do with them and we would have to pay £5 on the door anyway - but couldn’t get in due to the number of people. Phoned fixr twice during the day and sent an email with absolutely no reply. This is at least the second year this had happened with a fake event being listed and Fixr don’t seem to care
