Flamerite Fires Avis 

We had the E-FX 1500 fire fitted just before Christmas and we love it! It is, in our opinion, by far the best flame effect fire on the market and we looked at a lot of fires. The flame effect is very realistic and with the reflective glass at the back of the fire it makes the flames appear as if they are coming from in between the logs which I have not seen on other fires. What sets it apart from other fires are the chunkier logs, rather than thin slithers of wood, and with the addition of LED’s inside them giving them the appearance as if they are glowing. It is a far more realistic look.

We had many conversations with Megan at Flamerite who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as was Josh. The advice and service they provided was outstanding and the whole customer service received was exemplary. We had a few minor issues with the lights on the fire and Keith the engineer came out and sorted it for us. He was very polite and tidy and sorted the issues out.

I would definitely recommend Flamerite.

Had an issue with my remote for my fire. After discussing the issue via telephone flamerite suggested I return it to them via post which I did.
I received a telephone call in which I was informed that there was no charge as it Wes now working on one of their fires.
Within 1 working day the remote was returned to me along with pairing instructions.
It now works fine can’t recommend flamerite enough.

my fire has been blowing hot and cold after 1 year of use. the flame effect has never worked since new. bought it at a fireplace shop in Risca, south wales.

Really pleased with fire so far. Looks good. Quiet. Gives off good heat. Looks stylish. Easy to use. Fits standard fire opening. Prefer app from phone. The manual not so great nowhere near as many options. Worth paying extra for phone app.

Delighted with our fire . It looks amazing and is also warm as toast when we need it - most days at the moment .

We can have various colour combinations and have it matching our colour scheme in the lounge . It has been much admired and 2 friends have now installed the same fire .
Due to problems with the installation (not the supplier) the engineer came out to us and was so helpful. Nothing wrong with the product the company we bought through (in Medway) were dreadful. We love tnis fire . It's cleaner and healthier too than the previous gas one . We don't need a CO2 monitor now either .

The flames are very realistic and can be increased/ decreased and incorporate a flicker all operated by your phone app. Very pleased with the performance and have been using it for about a year.

I bought an Arlo 22 fire last month; I went for the Nitraflame variant.

At first, I thought that it might be a bit frivolous, but the cycling flame colour is very soothing, and every guest at my house this winter has commented on it.

Overall a very aesthetically pleasing fire that looks great in my new fire surround.

This is just a follow up to my first review about Flamerite Fires. We still have not had any problems and it just shows how well made they are,we did purchase the fire surround and base off them which looks superb,no problems with using my phone to put the fire on/off so cannot recommend them highly enough,well done 10/10

We purchased our fire from Northern Flame in South Shields. Everything about the experience was fantastic. We went fron gas to electric. We have only had it on full power to test it. Even in the current cold spell half power is quite enough to heat our living room.

We had an Arlo 22 Flameright Fire installed just over two years ago along with a new fire surround. This replaced a previous living flame gas fire. We were delighted with the look of the new fire and have been pleased with its performance to date. Due to our central heating system we seldom have to rely on it to heat the room, but if switched on it can generate a lot of heat. The flame effect with lighting is very effective and attractive and provides a cosy focus on cold winter nights. Overall we are very happy to recommend Flameright to potential new customers.

I love my Gotham 900, it works perfectly in our bungalow. Looks classy and gives the illusion of warmth when just the light is used. Happy with the heat output too.

We replaced our old log fire with your great product, no need to clean the grate every time . Looks fantastic one nearly thinks it is a real fire at a glance and Senior Management feels warm with only the lights on. Small problem with the blower but very soon fixed by their engineer who seems to cover all of UK. Very good service.

New fire replaced old electric fire. Efficient, quiet and very pretty to look at.

My new fire looks fantastic, it is easy to operate, and has added a central feature to the room, making it look welcoming and cosy. I particularly like the lights and the flame effect without needing the heat.
