Great product range
Wanted a new fireplace and visited Flamerite. Friendly and helpful reception. Delivered and installed as scheduled. There were a couple of missing items that were fitted within a day. Highly recommended.

Superb friendly service and amazing classy, stylish product. Went for the glazer1300 with Nitraflame and it looks just like the real thing but with many benefits including app control, lighting hues, timer and thermostat. Great investment.

Perfect fire
Searched out Flamerite for a good quality, reliable, economic, electric UK made fire after a bad experience with a not fit for purpose imported fire returned to Argos. I have not been disappointed with the Flamerite fire. Perfect. Thank you

Lovely fire,
As soon as I realised these fires where made fairly local to me I knew I had to visit the showroom.
We recieved a warm welcome from Natalie,on my second visit I spoke with Natalie again who helped with the queries I had.we purchased the E-FX 1800 light, and I think it looks stunning,The app is easy to use.Love my fire.

Gotham delight
We love our Gotham fire.Would not go back to a fireplace and an open gas fire.
Everybody who visits comments on how good lt looks, whether it’s on or off. The inset looks modern, and feels really cosy when lit on dark cold nights.
I cannot comment on flamerite’s after sales service, because after the first year we have had no reason to contact them.

Lovely addition to the livingroom
Our flamerite fire finishes off our media wall really well. It looks the part and is very simple to operate. I like the different colour options for the logs and for the flames. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Flamerite are a very flexible company for which nothing was too much bother. I would recommend them to anyone. The product is good quality and was a reasonable price. Fitting was easy (once I'd got the hole the right size!). The fire really makes our living room.

Telisa electric fire which did not seem to work
We bought our Telisa electric fire from a local retailer. When the installation was finished and the workmen had left we found that the lighting worked but not the heat! We phoned Flameright who explained that we did not have the correct remote and they sent one by post which arrived next day. They also helped us to install the App, which can be used instead of the remote (never even mentioned by the dealer!). Without their help we would have been wondering why we spent so much money on a cold fire.

Lovely fire
Lovely fire. Even with just the flame effect on the room seems to be warmer. Modern look and easy to operate with the remote control. Love the way you can change the flame and ember colours.

Well made, quality product
After a lot of searching we settled on the Flamerite Ennio as we liked the super flame effect and the fact it was made in Lichfield UK. Although the price was a little more than we had in our budget it was well worth it for such a quality product. It looks amazing in our refurbished fireplace.
