We sold and bought last year through Fletcher Longstaff. The team were excellent with their professional approach. Emails were answered almost immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. Both of our transactions related to lease held properties which can be a little more complicated but Tom and his team ensured the process went smoothly. We were so impressed that we have appointed them again to sell my Mother’s property.

Letaye May was our conveyancer for help to buy redemption project.
She is extremely professional and has been keeping us well informed throughout the process.

Fletcher Longstaff had previously dealt with the purchase of our first flat and it was an easy decision to instruct them to deal with the sale and an ongoing new purchase.

With Tom leading on both sale and purchase, Fletcher Longstaff acted quickly, efficiently and were always on hand to respond to any queries we might have. Both estate agents commented on how effective FL were (particularly in comparison to other solicitors involved) which is testament to the service they provide. A real test came when, due to other parties and their solicitors, we had uncertainty whether we would be able to complete until early the afternoon of the very target completion day. Tom was in constant contact in the run up and throughout - trying everything he could to make it happen for us. He succeeded and amazingly exchanged and completed on both sale and onward purchase on the same day!
