Tom did the conveyancing on a retirement apartment for my 76 year old autisic Uncle. I am so used to encountering problems with all manner of professionals due to our unusual, "doesn't fit the box" circumstances, but Tom handled everything absolutely perfectly. I cannot fault ANYTHING at all. As well as lightspeed communication, Tom also paid an immense amount of attention to detail on what was a very complex transaction with many moving parts, and he uncovered some serious problems with regard to service charges that caused us ultimately to pull out of the transaction. Had these not been uncovered it would have been disastrous for my Uncle. Tom spent nearly a year on the conveyancing for us, trying to unpick the problems, and when we decided to pull out, we were not charged a penny. If you are looking for a conveyancing I strongly recommend you look no further: I will never be looking elsewhere for my conveyancing needs again.

We had used Fletcher Longstaff before when buying our first property and we'd had such a good experience with them previously, when it came to moving house again they were our first and only choice.
Yet again they proved it was no fluke. We were only a small chain but thanks to some particularly poor conveyancer and estate agent choices by the other participants it was a constant struggle to get any meaningful response out of any of them. Kerry supported us through the arduous process with a friendly air and sound professionalism. She was always an email or call away to answer our questions or hear our frustrations.
