I bought my recliner from Sheraton in Willoughby ohio. It's pretty but not well made. Probably done by robots. The mechanism underneath is all bent and the backrest isn't fully filled in at the corners. The man who was here has to come back to correct everything. Unfortunately the days of pride in workmanship are over.

Bought a brand new Henry leather recliner. 2nd week the left chair was inoperative. Took a week to have the guy tell me he has to ORDER part. 1 month later still waiting. Flexteel, a Wisconsin company absolutely does not care. Talked to cust service and got a big mouth from a woman that thought it was all about HER!
All because they are using china junk motors! And china is intentionally dragging their feet!

Hands-down, the worst couch I ever purchased. Upon delivery, lines don’t line up, hooks to attach sectional don’t line up, no cushioning. Had people come out twice and didn’t help. Horribly uncomfortable and $6,000!!! Have had 1.5 years and creased worn seats. My mom comes to visit and can’t even sit on the couch because she is so uncomfortable on it. I tell everyone to stay away from this brand!

I recently purchased a flexsteel electric recliner. It is a comfortable chair and, being retired, I utilize it alot. However, the quick of the chair is terrible. I had it around 6 weeks when it started to make this horrendous squeaky noise. That doesn't really do the noise justice. Whenever I would sit in it or get out it would this terrible noise like steel grinding on steel. I had someone come out to look at it and of course it didn't act up but it continued to get worse. Then 6 months in it just stopped working! The switches were dead. Got the service tech out and found out the motor and switch were bad. The whole undercarriagealso had to be replaced. 3 weeks later the parts came in and they were replaced today. I have low expectations on how long these parts are going to last. For $1600+, this is a piece of junk!! I should have stuck with lazy boy. I will NEVER buy another flexsteel product again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. American product at its worst! UPDATE: HAD LOWER ASSEMBLY, MOTOR & WIRING HARNESS REPLACED. IT IS AGAIN WORKING ,HOWEVER, THAT HORRIBLE NOISE PROBLEM IS COMING BACK! WHAT A HORRIBLE PRODUCT! NEVER AGAIN!

Flexsteel "Leather" power recliner. Warranty that is no warranty! Armrests, seat cushion & headrest rip/peel after 18mos. Upholstery warranted for 12mos excludes "wear ,& tear" only ",lifetime" warranty is on metal structural components. "Tanning" rubbing off at all points of contact. Surprise! Flexdteel "leather" is a paper thin low quality veneer. Even faux leather has better wearability. Waste of money. Never again flexsteel

We ordered a flexsteel chair and it was delivered a few weeks ago. it is too small-the measurements of the chair do NOT match the measurements of this chair on flexsteel’s website-some measurements are too small by 2 inches!
flexsteel refused to anything about it when we contacted them directly.
the furniture store agreed the measurements are incorrect but have had no luck with flexsteel either. the store is going to try a couple things to make the chair more comfortable but of course it will never be the right size. At least they are trying something, unlike flexsteel.

Have a recliner that leans badly to the left has sheared bolts and rivets and has never been right, warranty is worthless as the labor is not included,and the labor rate is higher than most auto repair rates

Terrible quality. Arm broke off chair after 100 pound person sat on it and the so-called performance fabric stains and will not come clean. Fabric from 20 years ago is much better than their "New" technology. I could never recommend this brand.

Flexsteel 1900.00 leather couch purchased less than 6 years ago.
Leather is peeling, tearing and cushions are flat. Horrible company that makes inferior products and false claims. Falsely advertise using high quality leather.

My husband and I bought 2 "leather" couches a year and a half ago. They are already peeling. The couches themselves still look brand new but the actual "leather" is coming off. Our previous leather furniture lasted us 15 years. I reached out to Flexsteel and was told they would do nothing for us. Now, after reading other reviews, I am wondering if we were mislead and these aren't even leather. Flexsteel puts out a horrible product and they stand behind nothing when you have an issue. I even sent photos of the issues with no remedy offered. I will NEVER buy flexsteel again and will recommend the previous leather brand we had.

I bought a Arlo reclining sofa in November 2020 and received in in June2021. I noticed problems as soon as the delivery person left. I called the store and told them that the material was very wrinkled and the seems didn’t match up. The store sent their repair person. I. The meantime I’ve had the sofa 6 weeks and the foam has broke down significantly on both reclining ends. The store contacted Flexsteel and this is what was said. Flexsteel would repair it ( in the meantime the back of the sofa’s foam has also broke down) or they could get me a new sofa but I would have to pay 25 percent. This is on a sofa now that is 3 months old. The furniture store was beyond helpful and decided to pick up the part I would have had to pay. STAY AWAY FROM FLEXSTEEL! I wish I would have read the reviews. I thought I was paying for a high end sofa but I could have gotten better at Big Lots.

Bought a rocker/recliner about 6 months ago and the squeaks/creaks and noise that the chair makes is unbelievable! I got rid of a 20 year old recliner that never made sounds like this! Save your money and buy something quieter.

We ordered a seven piece FlexSteel sofa. Within 6 months the padding under the leather totally collapsed! We asked the furniture store where we ordered it from to look at it. They’ve been great, they sent it back to FlexSteel who simply restuffed the sofa with the same cheap material they used the first time. Now we are paying an upholsterer to do it right. Yes, FlexSteel warranties your sofa for life, but when you complain they try and tell you it’s normal wear. Being able to feel the substructure under where you sit or place your feet on the foot rest is not normal after just 6 months!!!

I purchased a sofa and ottoman manufactured by Flexsteel. The materials used are inferior in quality and have been pilling for years. Flexsteel will do nothing to help resolve my problem and does not stand behind their products.
