Just back from an absolutely fabulous 3 centre holiday in Thailand/Cambodia and Vietnam. Antika ensured everything run so smoothly with all of our flights (international and domestic) and our transport/ guides/hotels. She was always available for queries and we always felt like nothing was too much trouble.

Dreadful DO NOT BOOK.
They promoted tiger safari’s while all Nature Reserves advertised to visit were closed (by Karnatakka Government). The unacceptable fact is they failed to tell us although they knew many weeks in advance! We only discovered when there . . . shocked and disappointed is an understatement.
Expect to be put in a cramped second class carriage on theUNESCO train, possibly like us, with no window!
There were so, so, so many problems with this company. Many changes to original itineraries on which the trip was chosen. Awful communication in India. Tour car is basic, small, cramped, no A/C in rear etc etc. Not suitable or safe for a road trip of nearly 1,000 miles on Indian roads. Drivers wonderful except one who took a short cut against oncoming traffic.
If you want to see the quiet Alleppy backwaters you need to negotiate a smaller boat and pay extra! Just one example of misleading description of experiences.
Itineraries can't be achieved in a day. We finally did our own thing in Fort Kochin to avoid the stress.
We returned from this 14-day Tour, 16 January 2026. So disappointed. We paid full price too. Not even a discounted trip.

We booked a trip to Japan and South Korea with the excellent Kerry, he gave us lots of help and advice regarding our trip which was extremely helpful and put our minds at rest. It’s very daunting travelling to such far away places and finding your way around and communicating but following Kerry’s advice it made our journey. We are now looking forward to our next trip with flights and packages thanks Kerry

We booked the American tour to Philadelphia, Memphis, New Orleans and a cruise thinking it would be a comprehensive package-it was not. All they did was book flights ,cruise and maegre hotels with no thought to connections. The first hotel was 15miles from airport where we arrived at 11pm with no transfer. The hotel was ten miles outside Philadelphia as was the hotel in New Orleans. And the hotel in Memphis was in one of the more dangerous areas where we were advised not to walk at any time. Support before we left was poor and difficult to get. Fortunately we hired a car for the entire trip which saved us hours in taxis and hundreds in costs. I am sure noone had ever made the tour and therefore left it to the client to sort out. Very disappointed and will never use F&P again--others beware what is offered as it would have been easier and cheaper for us to book everything ourselves.

Everything went smoothly and we were most impressed by how much was included in our South India tour. Our driver Arun was superb - always on time, negotiated the traffic smoothly and always knew where to go. Hotels were all good. Our only disappointment was the flights with Air India - poor service and awful food.

As wildlife fans it was good to see the many birds and animals throughout the highlight for us was the stay at Wayanad Wild where the naturalist took us out on nature trails

Rooms were ok but the hotels could have been more central.

Krishanakumar our driver (cab no kl3218516) was excellent.
He showed us so much , he was polite and full of information, stopping for us to take some amazing photos and advising us re the next resort.He made our hoildy so special. Thank you :)

We haven't even gone on our holiday yet and I have to say that our experience so far has been a nightmare from the outset, I would have rated zero stars if that was possible. We have found that their agent Grace is terrible at her job, she seems to deal with things in a slapdash way with no care or attention to detail whatsoever. The number of times we have had to contact her to query aspects of our booking is ridiculous considering that everything should be relatively straight forward. She doesnt respond to emails so you have to phone, my wife and I now take turns to make contact as it is too much for one person to cope with! I dont think this is the way it should be when planning a holiday!! With regard to personal safety, this company do not seem to care about which hotels they place you in, or the modes of transport they book for you when your holiday is multi centre. Minimal google research reveals the perils you would be exposed to should you accept their itinerary, and trying to make reasonable amendments is drawn out, painful and costly. I really wish that my Dad hadnt shown me their advert in the Sunday paper, Instead I should have either booked it all myself or gone with a competent travel agent.

Everything was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations.
All flights went smoothly without any issues, the hotels were of very good quality, and everything that was included in the package was delivered exactly as promised — nothing was changed or missing.

The whole experience was seamless, well organised, and stress-free. We felt well looked after from start to finish.

Overall, I would rate our holiday three stars, but only just. The company was very attentive when it came to booking and confirming arrangements, but once we had paid in full, the level of support noticeably dropped. My advice to future travelers would be to check every detail carefully before making final payment, as customer service during the trip itself was limited.
Our holiday got off to a poor start. The flight from Heathrow to Doha was delayed by nearly two hours, causing us to miss our connecting flight. By the time we reached the terminal at 2 a.m., our plane had already departed. The customer service staff at the airport tried to help but could not rebook us on any flights that day — both the 8 a.m. Malaysia Airways and 7:10 p.m. Qatar flights were full. We were eventually rebooked for the following day, meaning we lost a full day of our holiday, one night’s hotel stay in Kuala Lumpur, and the city tour we had planned. This also meant my friend Debbie joining us on the trip from Australia was on her own in KL!
Qatar did, however, provide hotel accommodation, transfers, and meals for the layover, which was appreciated. I had concerns about the short transfer time from the beginning. In hindsight, we should have been offered a direct flight instead of a connecting one via Doha. The experience has reinforced the importance of booking direct flights whenever possible.
When we eventually arrived in Kuala Lumpur, the Mi Casa Hotel fell short of its advertised five-star rating. Debbie enjoyed the city tour, but Richard and I had only one afternoon and evening there before our early morning flight to Lombok.
The flight to Lombok went smoothly, but on arrival we faced more issues. Although we believed we had completed the visa-on-arrival requirements, another online form was unexpectedly needed. We were the last to leave the terminal, only to find no taxi waiting for us, despite it being prearranged. We had to arrange our own taxi at a cost of $40, which we feel warrants compensation.
Once we arrived, the Royal Avila Resort in Lombok was lovely—truly five-star. The staff were friendly, and reception quickly contacted our agent to help with transfers and tickets. They claimed the driver had been at the airport, but he was certainly not visible. We suspect he simply left.
To be clear, Anika, the agent who handled our booking, did her best to assist us despite the time difference. However, support was often unavailable outside office hours, which made resolving issues difficult.
Our time in Bali started better. The transfer to the port was smooth, and the driver was punctual and professional. We did have an unnecessary stop at a coffee shop, but otherwise, it was fine. The Ayung Resort in Ubud was in a beautiful location, with good breakfasts and a decent afternoon tea (though a bit too sweet for my taste). We enjoyed visiting Ubud town and later transferred to Kuta with the same helpful driver—though the traffic was dreadful.
The Kuta hotel was definitely not five-star, but the inclusion of a New Year’s Eve dinner was a nice touch. The room, unfortunately, was the worst of the trip—street view rather than pool view, and basic facilities (no kettle until requested, and awkward lighting controls). Housekeeping also failed to clean our room despite the “make up room” sign and direct request, which we had to chase up on return. Service here was poor overall.
The Singapore leg of the trip went relatively smoothly—our transfer and flight were fine, though our rooms were again on different floors. A mix-up with the city tour confirmation caused some unnecessary stress, and we had to arrange our own taxi to the meeting point despite being told pickup from our hotel wasn’t possible (which turned out to be untrue). Fortunately, our guide, Marie, was excellent.
The final issue was with the airport transfer vouchers. Only one taxi was arranged for Debbie’s earlier flight, leaving Richard and me to make our own way later that evening. Two separate transfers should have been organized. Luckily our return journey was on a direct flight. Albeit it was very full so quite challenging on a night flight.
All in all, while there were enjoyable moments and some excellent hotels, there were too many avoidable problems for a holiday of this cost and standard. The lack of consistent local support and several logistical oversights made the experience disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this trip, we would not book through this company again.

Excellent staff - Khuram at the office, lovely drivers Arvind and Lali, good guides, great route, and a very competitive price. We had an amazing trip.

We went on the 19 day Southern India and Golden Triangle tour with Flights and Packages. It was an amazing and varied tour making lifetime memories. We had a couple of small issues in the North but these were immediately rectified by our contact in India.
Both our drivers, Balu in the South and Kamal in the North were excellent. We felt that we were always in good hands.

All the additional costs we had to pay inc reserving a dining table, ear phones, all excursion ,and drinks package. We done the same thing last year on the river Danube same price different cruise company and everything was included

Everything was arranged for us apart from transfers which we used Uber yo get a taxi from airport to hotel and from port to airport on our return.
Boat was lovely - German Xmas markets busy but unfortunately not enough time to explore

Just returned from Rhine Christmas river cruise. First time booked with flights and packages. Dealt with a very polite and helpful Ankita. Cruise was amazing from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

We have used Sofia at Flights and Packages to curate several long haul trips for us (mostly to South Asia) and she always comes up with the best routes at the most fantastic hotels, with great flights and minimum hassle. We are just back from 15 nights in Bangkok, Bali, Lombok and Singapore that Sofia carefully curated at a bargain price and we are in the process of booking our next one for November next year. Thanks a million for your expert guidance Sofia - you are the best!!!
