I booked my trip with Sofia, after seeing a deal for a £99 single supplement, who kept in regular contact with me.

She thought about things like the best flight times to make the most of my time.

I haven’t travelled abroad on my own before and had a fantastic time.

Just back from Kerala trip.
Experience at hotels was mixed,some not so good,some very good.
Kochi Casino had us in a room overlooking the swimming pool where a wedding party when On till 10 at night.
Overall was value for money.
I would have liked a bigger vehicle.
Our driver Kannan was excellent which pushed the score up to 4.

We had an amazing trip to Kerela. The itinerary, accommodation, food and houseboat were all excellent. Special mention to our driver Barbo who looked after us so well.

Our tour guide and driver, is simply excellent, dodging all the bad drivers on the road, looking after my wife and I. Giving us very good information about place, monuments and towns. A fabulous family man, eager to show the best of Indian and protect all tourists from misadventures. Excellent ambassador for India.

When checking in for my flight, I had a lot of problems with my iPad, which wouldn’t allow me access .
So in desperation I rang Ankita and Pam , who talked me through the check in, but to no avail.
In the end they checked me in , booked an aisle seat and sent me my boarding passes —- what a relief and many thanks to them for their help — really appreciated, thanks to both of them .

Well organised, ran like clockwork apart from a problem at the first hotel which was sorted easily by the staff. Ankita was helpful during the booking process and we had a wonderful holiday in Rome, Florence and Venice

We did the Rome, Florence and Venice 6 night trip as over 60,s and overall everything was excellent. Breakfasts were very basic and the Raganelle Hotel in Rome was a bit remote.

I am very pleased with all the help and support I have had from the planning at the start, during and till the end of my holiday. It was the best decision I made to go through this company. And the most thanks for a smooth holiday goes to Ankita who replied to all my emails promptly, answering all my questions. Thank you again and I will be using you guys again in the near future.

I booked a trip to Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna with Vanita.

She organised, flights, hotels and transportation for us.

It was faultless and very reasonably priced.

We had a great holiday visiting Singapore, Bali and Thailand. Rose our travel consultant went over and above to help us to enjoy our holiday and it was fabulous. Would definitely use this company again.

Just wanted to say a big thank you — it was a fantastic little getaway.

The streets in Procida were charmingly narrow, with barely any pavements, so I found myself walking behind my Mrs most of the time, admiring the view (no complaints there — still a fan!). It did make it a bit tricky to focus on the architecture, though. Coming from South America, where we have similarly historic parts of town, Procida really took me back to my school days, walking through the old neighbourhood. It stirred up some nostalgia — back when I was full of joy… and full of hair! (pun absolutely intended).

The transfers were smooth as silk. Everything was timed perfectly, giving us plenty of breathing room to either explore or enjoy a drink while waiting. Once in Procida, we didn’t use any transport at all. It’s the kind of place that begs to be explored on foot — every corner had something to offer, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Accommodation was another highlight. The service was professional and genuinely friendly. Bit gutted the pool was closed for the season, but totally understandable — for the locals, summer’s over and it’s a bit chilly. Still, we made the most of it with a dip in the ocean, which turned out to be even better. Perfect for us slightly mad middle-aged folks who love long walks, cold showers, and beer with a view.

After a 30-minute walk from the port to the hotel on day one, we checked in, sorted emails, and headed out to explore. We were greeted by one of the most stunning sunsets I’ve ever seen — the perfect romantic start to the trip. As you know, day two was the visit to the castle in Ischia — absolutely brilliant. Day three we treated ourselves to Sorrento, which was well worth the journey. All in all, it’s a trip we’ve already recommended to a few mates — some had never even heard of Procida!

Just wanted to let you know it’s a cracking deal, and once again, thanks for sorting it all out.

Also, hats off to the whole Imperatore crew — they were top-notch.

We have just had 2 wonderful weeks travelling around Southern India. We booked it through Flights & Packages who we used for the first time who provided an excellent service.
It was a great itinerary from majestic palaces , temples to wildlife & nature plus visiting a vineyard tea plantation.
The hotels were superb with great food.
Our stay was made more enjoyable by our excellent driver Arun who was also polite, punctual and his local knowledge was indispensable.
Some great experiences in Kerala including an unforgettable stay on a private houseboat on the beautiful backwaters and extremely relaxing Aryuvedic massages.

Had a great trip to South India! Many amazing sights in this diverse and welcoming country. The hotels and excursions were excellent and our driver Sreejith deserves a special mention for his handling of the Indian traffic!! He was always helpful, punctual, and polite.

They don't take responsibility for anything they book on your behalf. Our return flights and accommodation was cancelled prior to a return home and I had to pay and book my own return flights. I wrote to them requesting a refund for the non performance of of my return flights and accommodation and I was basically ignored.It was not until I threatened to take them to the Dispute Settlement Service did they refund me for the flights and accommodation. NIGHTMERE!

Very well organised tour, great English speaking driver, some of the hotels were brilliant, however the hotel's location on the outskirts of Koochi was not for tourists, there was nowhere to walk it was too far out of the town and more of a conference or wedding hotel for locals, the rooms were pretty dull and badly furnished a very dated hotel would not recommend this hotel.
All the other hotels on the tour were brilliant except for the final one in Poovar again very isolated out on limb meant to be a beach resort for the end of the holiday it was NOT a beach resort, but the staff and people in all the accommodation were exceptional.
The houseboat in Alleppy was absolutely wonderful enjoyed by us all (4) The wayanad wild was a fantastic experience too we also visited Temples and palaces all were interesting and varied we also took a trip to a winery and a tea plantation both very worthwhile visits. But I do have to say that our driver Ranjeet was incredible he made the whole trip brilliant, the downside being it was a very long way to travel from Bengaluru to Poover and too many hours and too many days of the holiday were spent travelling in the car.
The lady who organized the whole trip was Rose from flights and packages she too was exceptional and extremely helpful
