Sent wrong non working key. Tried to contact 6 times and no response. The site is a scam

Reinstalled Windows 11 on a laptop and had trouble reinstalling MS Office 2013. Sent Flixeasy an email with the problem I was experiencing and the next day they had the solution. Just do not find Customer Service any better that that. Thanks!

While there is a short wait for the email confirmation, the process for getting the license installed correctly went pretty smoothly if you can ignore profile errors that are not applicable

Had a problem because Microsoft changed the way they activated their product but these guys took with it and was able to get my product activated and working wonderful I would highly recommend using this company to get all your Microsoft needs I will be using them again thank you so much.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Keys. Keys do not work. Error indicates keys have been used too many times. Tried contacting Flixeasy twice requesting help. They don't reply. No help offered at all.

I purchase the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus and was hesitant at first because I had never bought from this company before and of the great price but I bought it anyway. I waited for the download and key to be emailed and it didn't arrive or so I thought. It ended up in my spam but I had already reached out to Flixeasy in hopes that I wasn't scammed and they responded quickly with another link to get it uploaded along with the product key. I bought a Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 key from FlixEasy and, despite being sent a code right away, Windows couldn't authenticate because the key was already activated elsewhere. Their contact form doesn't work (so much for "24/7 support") and no option to request a refund whatsoever. I had to send them an email and they assisted me solving the problem and now my Windows is working. For a service that was supposed to be fast and autonomous, I was surprised to have to go to these lengths to get it working. Guess that's the price we pay when we get the less expensive option.

Detailed instructions were provided for a complete successful installation and activation of the product for use on my Window 11 computer.
