Nothing, it seems, goes as planned. But when I ran into a problem, Flixeasy came quickly to the rescue and resolved the problem!

Never use the website the costumer service is horrible and they repeatedly send the same email in response promising to help and then not. The keys they give only work SOMETIMES. 1/2 worked for me.

I orderd a Win 11 Home to Pro activation. It was a very easy process and everything went very smoothly. Will use this company again for more upgrades. Thank you.

I was concerned about installing software not from the manufacturer and when I engaged the folks at Flixeasy, my concerns went away. Although on the other side of the world, they were responsive and forthcoming. Installation went without a hitch and the product key worked as it should. A great value for MS Office applications.

I ordered a Windows 10 IoT LTSC product key for a great price. I was emailed a key in a few seconds. It didn't activate, so I emailed support.

After the weekend, I got a reply from support with another key. It also didn't activate, so I emailed again.

The next day, I got another reply with a third key, which did activate.

So the experience was not completely smooth, but in the end it was satisfactory, and a good value for money if you don't need activation right away.

Software not used. A crucial installation number was not included in the purchase acknowledgement. I bought another while waiting for vendoe to reply.

I received 2024 office and I had it installed within 5 minutes. What I thought was great about it Is I didn't have to call with any problems😊

Did not get the required code. No response from the vendor.

Everything was super simple and easy. Any questions were answered with emails. Would recommend of any purchase of keys.

Upgraded from Office pro 2019 to 2024. Had some issues but Flixeasy worked with me and made it right. This is the 4th time I have used them for software services. They are a cost effective source for software.

I initially had problems installionng my software, but their Technical Support team stepped up to the plate helping me resolve my problem!
My only gripe is they are located overseas in England and with the time difference it would take a day before I heard back from them...

I use Flixeasy from time to time, with never an issue. A recent order was delayed after a connection disruption. I contacted Flixeasy, via email and I received a prompt response as well as a prompt resolution to the issue. I never had reason to consider their customer service, but when I needed it, it was there and extremely helpful. Great prices, great customer service, would definitely recommend!
