I've purchased keys for Windows 10 Pro three times. Had an issue with my last purchase. Got the help I needed from Customer Service in a few days. I think it helps that I already have the operating system on a usb so I don't have to download it (I only need the keys).

Quick delivery of the key and immediate response and assistance when I had a problem.

I wanted the MS office package for my new PC that would be independent of Office 365. My online search led me to OfficeGSM offering the package for a reasonable price. They responded to my questions quickly prior to purchase. Downloading and installation of the software followed by activating it with a valid key was very easy. I have been using the my MS Office with no trouble ever since.

I ordered Windows 10 version to update my laptop from Windows 7. After payment (cc) I received an email with Product Code and instructions. After download, I received a message stating "This disk contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification." I emailed the company yesterday to talk with Customer Support to see if there is something I can do to get it to work. No response to (2) emails sent and the telephone number listed on website has been DISCONNECTED. In my email I requested a refund (no response from the company). This appears to be a SCAM COMPANY. I highly recommend you DO Not Purchase anything From This Company. BEWARE! I will report to my cc for a Chargeback. In addition, I plan to report to the authorities and Microsoft for investigation. When I first purchased MSOffice I installed it on a Windows computer. I later purchased a Mac and had difficulty installing it there. After several helpful emails, it installed and works perfectly.

Was able to download immediately after payment was made. Install went smooth, however, after about 2 weeks I got a message that I needed to add the license key. While the original license key would no longer work I emailed Officegsm and received a new license key promptly and I have been good ever since. Huge cost savings and I'm pleased with the prompt service.

I was able to download the software and use it to update a Windows 11 Home edition to Windows 11 Pro without issues. I shared that with another person and they had the same positive experience. I will use it again if needed.

At this price who could complain? Easy enough to install and was very happy. Highly recommend.

Had some issues in the beginning, 100% my fault though. I'm not too "tech savvy" so I struggled a bit. I finally got my key to work and activated my program, however, about a month in, it deactivated. The reason I gave these guys a 5 star is because of their incredible customer service. They walked me through the reactivation with patience and professionalism... and when I say "patience," I mean PATIENCE! In the end, my program was reactivated, works great, was worth the price, and most of all, I know I can turn to them if need be and get awesome customer service.

They were very responsive when I encountered unexpected issues when installing the software over a weekend.

Key to Windows 11 Professional OS was issued immediately, including download of the OS. Install and activation went without any issues. OfficeGSM made it so easy! Can't beat the price either! Thank you!!!
