The codes for updating from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro were sent to my email within seconds. A slight problem arose with the install, but their support team resolved it promptly. Would highly recommend!!

The key provided worked, but was not as advertised. The 2024 Office key was supposed to include Publisher - but it did not. I tried to reach out to customer support using every phone number and e-mail address I could find. NONE of them were functional. I wanted to work with them to find a solution. So beware, if everything works it's a hell of a deal, but if you have a problem good luck.

I was skeptical at first, but after a bit of a learning curve, I'm happy with the MS Office Professional Plus 2024 product, and purchased four licenses. In order for this process to go smoothly, you must uninstall the current version of office, including MS365 first. Then install Office 24 from the link FlixEasy provides, try to open Word or Excel or PPT, and input the activation code provided by the company. You will most likely get a message indicating too many activations using that code. Send a screenshot of the installation ID number per the company's instructions and they will respond with a confirmation ID. You should be good to go from there. Just know that if you purchase more than one license, the Activation Codes will probably be the same; however, the Confirmation IDs they send will each be different. Depending on time of day, and time zone difference, you may not get a response until the next day; otherwise, I found them to be very responsive. The four licenses cost far less than one year of a MS365 subscription and I look forward to saving big $$ in the coming years.

While recently searching for online retailers selling lifetime subscriptions to MS Office, I found Flixeasy & couldn’t be happier. I was anxious about getting a key from a site I'd not used before. Not anymore--the key showed up before I had even closed the browser tab.

Then it didn't work. It turns out that I had downloaded the wrong iso and the company responded quickly to the request for help even though I was experiencing a PEBKAC error and they had done nothing to cause it. They verified that the key was still working, I got the right iso (not an evaluation version) and everything worked perfectly.

Purchased 2 different Microsoft products from Flixeasy with excellent results. Easy, fast, and verified without hassle. In my favorites folder for sure.

What made my experience great was the price. I have been with 365 for a year. Still to this day no idea where or how my most private information is stored or who has access to it. Flixeasy made it easy to get my piece of mind back unto my hard drive. Zero effort to install. Make sure you delete all (Every) previous version of Office. Had a tad of difficulty getting authenticated. But, I got there. If I had not Flixeasy was emailing me the entire time. NO ISSUES! I am installed and working on my computer fully licensed.

In August 2025, I bought Office Pro 2024 from Flixeasy. It installed and worked smoothly without demand for activation. Almost a month later, I received a request for activation within 4 days. Following through the process of activation for a week without success, finally I suggested Flixeasy to send me Office Pro 2021 to replace Office Pro 2024. Office Pro 2021 installs and works fine on my laptop to this day.

price was great .However, I needed an answer to a question about my order and it took another day to get back to me. Everything was okay but it is scary when you have given you financial information.

Was fast an easy, no extra 'service fees' like some other sites that were once good (Kinguin....)

Key not working properly. Support was blaming my software and asked for snapshots. I emailed the snapshots to prove it was not accepting the key but I have not gotten a response.

When I bought a software key from them for Windows 11 home, they sent me a key that did not work, and still charged me for it.

I have purchased MS Office 2021 Pro, Ms Outlook and and MS Project Pro and have not had any problems with licenses, updates or support. Everything has been working fine for about a year now.
