They delivered to the wrong location
They delivered to the wrong location. I never signed for it and they didn't offer any type of compensation. I had to hire movers to move the rolls which took hours and cash. Very displeased.

Our flooring products are shipped via freight and are delivered as **curbside deliveries**, meaning the carrier delivers the shipment to the receiving location but is not responsible for transporting the material throughout the building or onto the property. We know that having to move the rolls from the delivery point was an inconvenience, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused.

Judith was all over it. All I needed to do was give her the item name, description and quantities and she had my order placed in no time!
As an aside, I'd had the order in the cart on your website, but was unable to process it. There's a bug in your form's code somewhere.

Received exactly what I wanted
Received exactly what I wanted. Mats are great. Glad I decided to order them. On the other hand, shipping cost was a bit expensive, almost $600. Other than that experience with this company was good and they delivered sooner than what I expected. Would order again.

Coin Pattern Flooring is Great
The product itself is exactly as expected, and will be a great addition to our back-bar floor. The team at Flooring Inc was very friendly, and they seemed willing to help me through some obstacles. Unfortunately, there were a few. I found when I got my purchase confirmation that the color was incorrect. I had to completely cancel that order and start another, with several days between cancel and refund. I tried using the website chat function, but in the end I just had to get someone on the phone. Again, the team was great, but this was far too much hassle for 5 starts.
