Help was great your process to order is abysmal. It required multiple phone calls, and explanations just to describe that. I’m ordering from my billing address to a different address for the delivery. Everything kept getting rejected wouldn’t accept the debit card then it wouldn’t initially accept the credit card having to call four people to get an order is ridiculous although the people were great trying to help me your process and procedures make someone wanna go elsewhere

Judith was very friendly and helped me with my order. She made it very easy to identsy what was required for my basketball court and add them to the cart.
