I waited all day on a job on a thursday…
I waited all day on a job on a thursday that I booked for delivery as I wasn't there Friday. It got to the afternoon so I rang to check up, I was told there were delays and it wont be out today, I said thats fine but can we please make sure this is for Monday instead then and not tomorrow. Yes of course no problem they said, guess what it turned up on the Friday kerbside delivery only when it was raining.

Our only issue was with delivery as the floor arrived 24 hours after the expected delivery date.

What a let down
ordered 10am. offered and paid for next day delivery.
14.30pm recieved a call saying delivery could not be completed.
No offer of reduced delivery fee. Just yeah wont be delivered tomorrow.

We're sorry that we were unable to fulfil your requested next-day delivery, and we appreciate this was disappointing.
However, we do feel it's important to provide some context. Your order was placed at approximately 10am, and as soon as we became aware that we could not meet the requested delivery date, we contacted you to explain the situation.
Rather than leave you waiting for an order we could not guarantee would arrive on time, we arranged a full refund of your order within hours of it being placed, allowing you to source the product elsewhere without further delay.
We work closely with third-party couriers to offer competitive delivery rates nationwide, but unfortunately, occasional disruptions are unavoidable, particularly with the increasing pressures on logistics networks.
Whilst we fully understand your frustration, we believe that communicating the issue promptly, being transparent about the circumstances and issuing a full refund within hours demonstrates our commitment to looking after our customers when things don't go to plan.
We're sorry we couldn't fulfil your order on this occasion and for any inconvenience caused by this.
