To the man I spoke to in sales about my concerns about being disabled and not being aware of a kerbside delivery this is my hope for you.
I hope you experience the same lack of compassion, empathy and care that you showed me that day. I hope you are left feeling as helpless, anxious and in tears as you left me in. I hope you feel as uncared for as you made me feel that day and when something unjust happens to you i hope you recieve the same level of defensivness that you showed to me.
Your kerbside delivery policy I can just about accept but it was how you treated me.
There is a reason why people shop with B&Q and Amazon. Its because they feel safe knowing they will recieve good, consistent customer service.
I will never forget the way you treated me that day and how you made me feel.

Im just responding to a few things in your reply. You mentioned "we do believe that our advisor recognised your circumstances and made every effort to approach the situation with empathy and understanding.". This is'nt true. He was combative and dismissive when I said I didn’t know it was kerbside delivery and when I asked him if he could call the delivery company to see if we could find a solution he said he couldn't. Im very fair when giving reviews and I can honestly say he provided no solution and left me feeling completely helpless. I do however acknowledge and appreciate the apology in your response. I also want to add, looking at other reviews where people didnt anticipate kerbside delivery I recommend making it even clearer and bigger on the order page maybe put it in bright red or yellow that its kerbside delivery so people can make an informed decision. Luckily the delivery guy did deliver the vinyl to my door much to my relief and gratitude.

Whilst we do acknowledge that our understanding of the conversation differs from your account, we do believe that our advisor recognised your circumstances and made every effort to approach the situation with empathy and understanding.
Unfortunately, due to the location of your property and the limitations of our kerbside delivery service, we were unable to offer the assistance you needed. We fully appreciate how frustrating and difficult this must have been, particularly given your personal circumstances.
We sincerely apologise if anything said during the conversation came across as dismissive or caused you further upset. This was never our intention, and we would never knowingly treat anyone unfairly or differently because of a disability.
We genuinely care about our customers and firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity and respect, even when we are unable to provide the outcome they had hoped for.

From the moment I placed my flooring order to the day it arrived, I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The delivery driver even called me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. Couldn’t fault a thing!

Perfect internet experience. Great website. The product I wanted was available even though I was matching laminate from 10+ years ago.
Easy ordering and communication 5 star.
Product delivered on a pallet which was extremely helpful. Delivery company, I had issues with but Karl attended to it without delay and to my satisfaction.

Excellent Price, good service
I've placed four orders with Flooring King over the past few months (doing whole house, no room to store it all at once). Their website is easy to navigate and they have very good prices.
I had a couple of problems with the delivery company but each time I called Flooring King they answered immediately and were very helpful and followed up with additional info about when the delivery was coming.
One delivery had damaged items (bounced around in the back of a truck I guess. Once again they were very helpful and efficient and I got a replacement pack the next day.
I'd definitely recommend Flooring King
