Highly recommended for floor supply
Highly recommended. We ordered laminate floor, way better prices that anywhere we searched (online and in-store). The delivery was fast and when I needed support (1 plank was crushed during transport) I managed to get help instantly and get a refund for it. Only small suggestion: Send the delivery tracking automatically on the delivery date, so the customer knows and can make arrangements. I had to call support to get hold of it, but once again the support was great, without waiting, kind and helpful and resolved questions instantly. Again, we would definitely recommend and would buy again.

The floor is good but delivery not
The floor is good
However I got a call from the company delivering the floor saying they could’ve as the insurance wouldn’t cover the big lorry on my road.
I’ve had a container full of furniture delivered here from overseas so I knew a huge lorry could easily get here.
I then had to meet the guy with my car and pick the flooring up from him at an industrial area myself.
It was a busy day for me and inconvenient but I realise a first world problem.

They worked out for me exactly how much carpet I needed to do 3 rooms, and sent a diagram of exactly how it should be cut and laid to ensure the pile was all running correctly. And it was very reasonably priced with fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.
