Saving GRACE
I must say that after all the iasues around my order and the poor experience i initially hadxeith this company, credit is due to GRACE at customer service...she is the only one that has acknowledged my frustration and anger around the failed delivery, damaged product and time scale to resolve issues. She is a credit to the company, had I delt eith Grace from the start I believe my purchaseing experiance would have been a whole lot better. It is for Graces efforts that i would increase my star rating from an initial 1 to a over alk 4. Many thanks Grace.
Waited a week for them to deliver 5 items missed from the original delivery. When they arrived the packaging was ripped to pieces with items damaged and broken

I am genuinely sorry that your overall experience with your order fell so far short of the service we aim to provide. I completely understand the frustration caused by the missing items, delays, damage to the products and the difficulties you then experienced when we were unable to supply the original product you had ordered.
When your concerns were brought to my attention, I wanted to personally take ownership of the situation and explore every possible option to find a suitable resolution. I spoke with our relevant departments to investigate , explored alternative options and, when you explained your concerns with the proposed solution, I listened to your feedback and went back to my management team to find a resolution that you were comfortable with.
I have also taken your wider feedback to a Senior Manager for internal investigation so that we can fully understand what happened throughout your order and identify what we can learn from your experience. Your feedback regarding your initial contact with our Customer Service team has also been shared so that this can be addressed through coaching and development.
One of our core values is “Think Customer”, and that is something I genuinely try to put into practice in my role. While I cannot change what happened at the beginning of your journey with us, I hope that the way I have personally handled your complaint has shown that we have listened, taken your concerns seriously and done everything we reasonably could to help bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Poor experience overall
A delivery truck was sent but said it was too big for the lane and then they wouldn’t send their own delivery trucks to deliver. After then saying they would send to a nearby depot they didn’t and still haven’t given a satisfactory response as to why they couldn’t send 2 trucks with delivery, despite asking repeatedly. They wouldn’t supply a number to ring to get things sorted so had to wait for a delay when emailing or the chat wouldn’t be manned when I needed answers. Overall a very frustrating process, and only down to customer service that I have had partial resolution. One of the agents has been very helpful, worked really hard and tried her best but the company have let me down and not made things very easy for her either in trying to get this resolved.

Absolutely disgusting service the…
Absolutely disgusting service the gentlemen Kal and Rav who work in the store are not professional at all
The company have left the under lay on the front garden for 9 days in rhe pouring down rain and still expect this to be fitted and when asking when it was delivered they didn't know
Rav has no customer service what so ever and has no customer care just gets customers very upset and stressed and puts the phone down on you (and im not the first to complain about this gentleman)
They then deliver the carpet even when the delivery was cancelled
Again Rav didn't have any answers to why this happened
Anyone who wants excellent service I would avoid this store at all cost
Flooring superstore needs to support the two gentleman in the store with customer care and give them extra training
