Evan provided brilliant service within the store. Patient and went through things. Took the sample outside the door to enable me to see it in daylight too!
Sorted the order out for us quickly and advised of a rapid delivery day so that was a bonus. Other team members need to also be mentioned as they were very personable. Would definitely use the store again.

Awful company - avoid flooringsuperstore.com
Awful company. Fitted £4k of floor over uneven subfloor and with no DPM. Told us we were warned subfloor prep was needed - which wasn't true - so we needed to fix it.
After putting in a Data SAR we have conclusive proof that we were not warned and the fitter said before and after install that it would be fine - they still won't rectify the issue unless we pay for all asbestos tiles to be removed, which we can't afford to do.
End result: £4k of broken floor and a company that is totally unwilling to fix their own mistake. We have raised a section 75 with Amex to get our money back as Flooring Superstore customer service do not care. Make sure to always pay with a protected credit card, and exercise rights to your data to expose their lies.

I bought carpet in August
I bought carpet in August, and the delivery date was postponed twice. I only received part of my order, and now it’s already October with still no update or information about when I will receive the rest.
The customer service has been terrible. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Tim was really helpful and went above and beyond when original floor fitter was not available. He managed to get someone in for the next day. The fitter Callum was amazing, cracked on and got the job done to a high standard, keeping us informed at each step. Would definitely use again

Saving GRACE
I must say that after all the iasues around my order and the poor experience i initially hadxeith this company, credit is due to GRACE at customer service...she is the only one that has acknowledged my frustration and anger around the failed delivery, damaged product and time scale to resolve issues. She is a credit to the company, had I delt eith Grace from the start I believe my purchaseing experiance would have been a whole lot better. It is for Graces efforts that i would increase my star rating from an initial 1 to a over alk 4. Many thanks Grace.
Waited a week for them to deliver 5 items missed from the original delivery. When they arrived the packaging was ripped to pieces with items damaged and broken

I am genuinely sorry that your overall experience with your order fell so far short of the service we aim to provide. I completely understand the frustration caused by the missing items, delays, damage to the products and the difficulties you then experienced when we were unable to supply the original product you had ordered.
When your concerns were brought to my attention, I wanted to personally take ownership of the situation and explore every possible option to find a suitable resolution. I spoke with our relevant departments to investigate , explored alternative options and, when you explained your concerns with the proposed solution, I listened to your feedback and went back to my management team to find a resolution that you were comfortable with.
I have also taken your wider feedback to a Senior Manager for internal investigation so that we can fully understand what happened throughout your order and identify what we can learn from your experience. Your feedback regarding your initial contact with our Customer Service team has also been shared so that this can be addressed through coaching and development.
One of our core values is “Think Customer”, and that is something I genuinely try to put into practice in my role. While I cannot change what happened at the beginning of your journey with us, I hope that the way I have personally handled your complaint has shown that we have listened, taken your concerns seriously and done everything we reasonably could to help bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
