I had very bad experience with floraindia. I was placed the Rasmalai cake for my Dad birthday. But some reason i requested to cancel the order or chamge the flavour. They agreed, they changed the flavour Rasmalai cake to vanilla cake 2kg. I was paid 2995INR or nzd $59.89. Message them can you share the cake picture. They say before delivery we will share you. When i received the picture i was shocked. I paid 2995 INR not for this cake. Then i saw website 2kg vanilla cake 2199INR. I was share with one of the customer service team member no one reply me. Don't buy anything for that company.

Very Disappointing Service

What is the point of all your marketing if you cannot deliver on the most important day?

I ordered flowers and cake specifically for Valentine’s Day, and you completely failed to deliver them on the 14th. Instead, I received an email asking whether they could be delivered on the 15th of February. That defeats the entire purpose of a Valentine’s Day gift.

Valentine’s Day is a fixed date. Delivering the next day is not acceptable and shows poor planning and lack of accountability.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Fraudulent website

I wish i could give Minus 5 but there are no options for it. Extremely poor communication, very difficulty in getting response. No ones is there to pick up your phone calls, got lucky after trying several phone calls(may be 40-50 calls in 2 hours) attempt and the person said should be there within an hour. Its almost 2 hours now and still products are not delivered. Occasion is almost finished and yet to received delivery and now can't reach them. (Both phone is switched off) what an disappointment I should have not ordered from them on this special occasion. My happy moment they turned into sad.

5 stars for a 7 star service

I have been using the services of FloraIndia for a number of years, most recently 2 days ago. I ordered a bouquet but they could not source Birds of Paradise flowers. However, they managed to get hold of them today and delivered it to my Mum who was over the moon with her favourite flowers. Thank you FloraIndia.

Prompt delivery and great quality

I ordered a cake for my parents’s anniversary one day prior. The cake arrived right on time and was super delicious. Looked just the pic.
I had ordered before reading reviews For the site. I had really given up home hope that the cake would even get delivered seeing the reviews here. So when my sister and parents said it was super awesome, I had to leave a review. Its unfortunate that the others here had such a bad experience. Hopefully they rectify it soon.

Extremely disappointed by the service , not once , but twice . Both times their team texted last minute saying they don’t have the flowers I had ordered and could replace them with either roses or garberas. Both times I paid over 2000INR , only to receive an average bouquet of flowers any local florist would keep . The cake received was also significantly different than advertised. They’re clearly false advertising and tricking people into paying more for below average products.

No response and no refund

Ordered cake from this stupid website. I did not receive the order and also did not get refund even after 10-15 days (which was the time period claimed by them) was over.
Please don't fall for this site, there is no contact number and they don't respond properly in the emails too.

Worst experience with rude customer service

I am a new user, tried your service my wife had birthday on 22nd August and I ordered cake and fresh flowers to deliver on that day. I made that order two days ago. It was a worst experience. They charged 100 for delivery but didn't delivered until evening 7pm. Only at 7pm, they had mentioned that they have received that ordered item to their warehouse. For My wife's birthday I am ordering these, so they should deliver it at least before afternoon. In the evening my wife had to go somewhere, so she post ponded the delivery since it was too late and when the time she received, the fresh flowers were fully turned to wilted. It was a worst experience with you guys. I will never recommend your service to anyone

If it was possible to give a 0, I’d .. The unholy trinity of dishonesty, rudeness, low quality is the plinth of this company .. I wanted to send some flowers for my mother on her birthday .. They live exactly 3-4 mins walk long distance from the Jessore road and yet, the delivery man continued rudely fighting with them that he can’t come to drop the item at their house and constantly kept pressurizing my 70+ yr old parents to come pick it up from the main road .. Did I not already pay for this? I had to pay 3000/- for a low quality flower that looks NOTHING LIKE what was shown on the website and probably cost 300/- at max .. So, at least the service should be good? The story doesn’t end there .. I get a text while the delivery was happening that I need to pay 350/- extra for the delivery because my parents don’t live right on the Jessore road and 3 mins walking distance away .. Imagine the atrocity .

Thank you Floraundia for ruining this special day for us ..

Felt Cheated - Ruined a Special Day – Misleading & Unresponsive

I recently placed an online order with floraindia for a special bouquet to be delivered to my fiancee for her birthday. Unfortunately, it looked noticeably different from the one 1 ordered. Key items like the large decorative bow were missing, looked smaller, not a fresh flowers and overall it didn't match the quality or appearance shown on their website.
This was meant to be a heartfelt gesture for someone very special to me, and I am quite disappointed with the execution. I reached out to the shopkeeper, and she saw my messages, but I haven’t heard back from her. Really disappointing!

I ordered flowers and cake for my dad’s…

I ordered flowers and cake for my dad’s birthday and they messaged me to say that orange Lillie’s were not available as shown in picture so they will replace them with pink ones. This was ok as bouquet would still look same. But when I saw the cake that my dad got I was very disappointed. It looked nothing like the photo, they could’ve messaged me and changed it if the fruit is not fresh or out of season. I could’ve chosen a different cake.

Excellent Vendor FloraIndia is.

It was my first time to work with FloraIndia, and I was thrilled to see how good they are in customer service, heck they have a WhatsApp number for international callers. They have very elegant floral arrangements on line, at reasonable rates. I was going to send only two floral arrangements, but seeing how swift they were in international deliveries, I ended up sending another two floral arrangements to the same place. In total, I sent 4 floral arrangements from FloraIndia just a week ago.

Customer Service lady Puja stayed in touch with me through WhatsApp messages giving me the status of my deliveries.

I will strongly recommend FloraIndia to everyone. And I have given them 5 stars out of five stars.
