FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC Avis

My experience with FL Cash Home Buyers was great, even with a slow market in my area we were able to come to a solution to get the house off my hands and close the estate. I worked with Paola and she was prompt with responses and helpful.

Everything went well, clear communication, quick reply when we have question. The solar lease was our biggest obstacle to sell the house, but they make it happen. Thank you Daniel and Paola for all your help.

My recent home sale experience with Florida Cash Home Buyers, and specifically with Daniel prior to signing the contract and Paola after signing the contract, was much better than I expected. I now know why the online reviews of this company are excellent. Both Daniel and Paola are knowledgeable, organized, and patient. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and we closed earlier than expected.

FCHB was great to work with. Very responsive to inquiries and questions. Yes their initial offer is low ball but that is expected in my view. The contract is simple and Paola was great at communicating the process. They were flexible when I needed some time.

It was a positive experience working with Florida Cash Home Buyers to sell my property. Paola made all the difference. Her communication was consistent, her transparency was refreshing, and she truly went above and beyond to keep things moving forward. Paola’s dedication and effort ensured we got to the finish line and closed successfully. I’m so grateful for her support throughout the entire process!
I’d also like to thank Daniel and Gabriel for all of their effective communication throughout the process. Great company to work with!

FL Cash Home Buyers made the whole process very easy, and when small items came up, Paola was on top of everything. I am very pleased.

Paola is always very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Here’s a revised version of your sentence for better clarity and flow:

"Paola was great to work with and made the experience smooth throughout this process."

We are in California, and our family member was in tough times in Fort Lauderdale. He's a disabled veteran, unable to care for his home, his house was in very poor deteriorating condition, and the City had a $150K lien on the house for front yard code violations.

FL Cash Home Buyers was the first call I made, and Max walked me through the process and gave me a preliminary offer. I thought that it couldn't be true, but it ended up coming very close Another company's offer was less than half!

Paola and Jose helped us through the process and maintained good communication, even though we were 3000 miles away. It took a while to get the lien cleared, but Paola facilitated a handyman to help meet the City's requirements while I negotiated with the City.

Without hesitation, I strongly recommend FL Cash Home Buyers! They are honest and helpful, and we accomplished what I never imagined possible!

This was a learning experience for me. It was misleading in the beginning because I as under the impression that Florida Cash Home Buyers were actually the ones buying my house. That wasn’t the case as they were looking for buyers for me. Other than that, it wasn’t too bad of an experience. Paola was very efficient, responsive and helpful.

Jose was very professional and helped my family through our process.

Company was great Jose my contact was friendly and professional and was responsive to all my needs. Highly recommend their service.

I had the total misfortune of dealing with somebody named LINET. And I highly recommend that you run not walk if that is who contacts you in regards to purchasing your home. She sent me a written cash offer.. Which I should realize was fake from the beginning. Because she offered $ 2,000 more than I asked for. But unfortunately I didn't so she and her bogus cash offer to buy my house didn't help me in any way it actually cost me quite a bit of money after she sent me a text letting me know that her manager said they couldn't honor her offer and wanted to reduce it by $30,000 and not close for 90 days and if you look at their website, the possibility of a 90 day closing it's never once mentioned. As a matter of fact they speak more about how they can close in 5-10 days. But the closing day really doesn't matter anyone reading this review should focus more on the $30,000 supposed error that her manager caught of hers. The unprofessionalism of both Linet & FL Cash Home Buyers isn't just cruel it's criminal run do not walk away from this company. And as a side note as I was typing this review right before I hit submit I received a text from LINET telling me about comps in my neighborhood and why the offer was reduced. So they're clearly in the practice of making offers and then doing their homework and research after the fact. Again very unprofessional

They will offer absolutely no money for your home, to the point of them actually losing business.
They just want to make massive amounts of money with your property, absolute predatory quotes. If you are not desperate, don't ever consider this.
Don't waste your time like I did.

It was a pleasure working with Paola. Thank you for all your hard work. We will recommend you in the future

Very happy with Florida Cash Home Buyers! Paola helped us out and everything went super smoothly. From the first call to the final payment, it was all clear and straightforward. Can’t wait for our next project with them. Totally recommend. Five stars!

The sale of my home was stressful, but Fl Cash Home Buyers were very helpful and knowledgeable in easing my worries. Paola was very pleasant and prompt to work with through the process of selling my property. They were able to find a buyer for my property and have the closing done in ninety days! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a fair upfront offer without all the hassle of closing costs.

Professional and reliable. Highly recommended

From start to closing I received excellent no pressure service. When I was ready to sign, I was sure I was working with the right people and company. I highly recommend you do the same.
