I purchased a large Jack Skelenton cup for my daughter, never received it. On contacting the company they told me to contact courier, who have lost the package. Flourtish and now saying that I would need to pay for lose of product and delivery charges whether I want a replacement or a refund, absolutely disgusting having to pay for something you’ve never received! Company is a joke avoid at all costs!!

First they added tax to my order which wasn't declared on the original order confirmation which I luckily had taken a picture of! I claimed this back through Paypal. The tracking information stopped updating after my parcel supposedly shipped from Atlantic City, USA, to Edinburgh, UK. I live in England, so it doesn't make sense to send it to Scotland... My emails to the customer support querying where my order was have not been answered. I have not received my order and am out of pocket, as Paypal says the case was closed, as I had been partially refunded before (the tax). Scam! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a Mc Claren advent calendar in September which never arrived. They send weekly bogus tracker updates & continue to send emails with other “great products & deals”. I hope this post might protect others from these thieves!

The "tracking number" they sent isn't real. The updates have come to an end, with the last update being on the wrong island in a place that makes no sense for it to be. Based on the other reviews here, I'm going to save myself the trouble and write off the loss, rather than try to get my money back. I should have researched before buying from a social media advertisement. It's a scam, do not trust.

100% it's a scam. Don't purchase from them. Ordered 8 weeks ago and still getting excuses from support and saying they can't deliver. Better off finding something similar on another site with guaranteed delivery

Received a set of Monster earbuds that were defective, did not work at all. Flourtish first offer was a $3 refund. They said I could get a full refund if I returned the product to a firm in China at my cost. Do not buy from this company!!!!!

Daughters purchased Sharkskin seat covers for me as a present. They were to fit a landcruiser Sahara with electric seats.
It took 2 days of problem solving to get one partially on and it is not at all well fitted.
Problem is that they have not designed covers to accommodate the bulky electrics under electric seats.i contacted the company and gave them some way forward with designing (I was previously an industrial designer) and requested feedback on their progress. Too many delicate electrical connections and far too little space in which to manoeuvre. None of this progress has been made to me regardless of me contacting them hence.
So, unless your seats are simple and manually adjusted, I would never even consider buying these covers and if you did, then factor in a full day per seat in modifying and fitting. -Alternatively they need to fit them themselves as quality assurance.

I seen a similar review on here already. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! they are just some chinese pop up thats doing drop shipping. Based in Ireland, yeah right. Bought two shirts, its like three sizes too small for me. Contacted support, no help at all. They offered me $5,6,8,12 refunds only. What a slap to the face! Do not buy. I had to open a case with my cc company!

Like other posts in the thread I ordered three men’s large shirts and they sent me three medium shirts which are actually extra small but marked as medium. I also contacted Flourtish and they keep trying to shove the shirts down my throat stating it will cost to much in shipping to send me a replacement shirts. They offered me a a $7.00 credit then a $11 and finally a $15 after I complained. I spent $70 for 3 shirts so I said no. I want this company to honor my request for an exchange for the correct size or a refund for the shirts. Company is based out of Ireland but products come from China. Took 45 days to arrive after I ordered it. Do NOT do business with this company.

I purchased two Stretch Non-Iron Anti-Wrinkle Shirts from Flourish.com, and I truly regret it.
The shirt arrived with noticeable wrinkles right out of the package, so much for “non-iron” and “anti-wrinkle.” On top of that, the sizing was completely off. It fit more like a slim youth cut than a standard adult size.
The quality is cheap and flimsy, nowhere near what you'd expect for the price. I reached out to their customer service expecting a straightforward refund for a clearly defective item, but instead, I was offered a partial refund worth only a fraction of what I paid pennies on the dollar. No apology, no effort to make it right, just a dismissive offer that felt like an insult.
This company does not stand behind its products or care about customer satisfaction. Be warned: once they have your money, you're on your own.
Avoid Flourish.com. Save your money and shop somewhere that respects its customers.

Same sizing experience as the others on here. Typically I would be an XL, but in their world I would be a 4XL. Said the same thing "Order matches what was sent to you so as a gesture of good faith we'll send you $5USD....". Avoid Flourtish at all costs.

I ordered a Mens Large shirt. They sent me a Boys shirt. I can't even get 1 arm into the sleeve. I contacted Flourtish and they keep trying to shove the shirt down my throat. Stating they can't send me a proper size shirt. But that they'll give me a $7.00 credit 🤦‍♂️. That's NOT gonna work. Send me a Mens Large shirt which is what I paid for!

There shirts are at least 2 sizes smaller than U.S. sizes. I couldn’t even button up the shirt They are not from the USA. When I contacted them they said I received the correct shirt and I could return it but shipping it back would be expensive I recommend no buying there button up stretch shirts.

I ordered 4 XL shirts of different colors. They tried to send me 4 black shirts. I corrected it before they sent them. Then, it took weeks for the shirts to get here. The shirts were all kids sizes.
They tried to blame me. Their sizes are WAY off. They tried to refund me a sliver of the price. They suggested I gift the shirts to someone. This company is garbage. Their customer service isn't just bad, they are offensive! STAY AWAY FROM FLOURTISH! It's a lousy Chinese garbage company with terrible customer service!
If there were negative stars, these guys would rate a -5 stars.

I ordered a large and a short sleeve and long sleeve shirt. They sent size 39 and size 40, which is easily a small or medium. When I contacted them, they indicated that the order was correct. They checked with their warehouse and do I want five dollars and I could keep the shirts that don’t fit. My answer was no and no I want my money back or I want the right size. They’re annoying, especially when you buy from these Chinese ship items off of Facebook. They’re always difficult to deal with.

I bought 2 LARGE men's shirts, and the shirt they sent me was so small, I gave got my wife (size 4) to try it on, and it was almost perfect for her. They refused to fix the problem and offered me $4 usd. Don't ever deal with them!! Typical Chinese company

I ordered a men’s Large shirt .. It was so small , I don’t think it would fit a 12 yr old boy . I asked to exchange it , they offered me $3 . Stay away from this company !
