After waiting 5 weeks for the order, they told me it had been delivered and the delay was due to Trump tarriffs.

The order hasnt been delivered and the customer service was awful. Basically saying check with neighbours as its not their responsibility. Also refusing a refund for the order that I did not receive.

Please save your time and money and avoid this company altogether

I ordered an XL shirt, the shirt I received could not even be buttoned; It may be a childs XL, I took pictures of the shirt, even a pic of me wearing it. They said the shirt matches my order and offered $3.00 for me to keep it. They refused an exchange or refund. Stay Away!!!

I picked this up recently and aint disappointed one bit! Comes exactly as described and looks pretty slick when its all set up. Build feels sturdy enough to hold up against regular use and has a classy touch.

Looks nice and works well, decent quality; packaging could use some improvement though.

Charged more than I was shown through my PayPal then never received item. Scammers be aware, do not purchase through this company.

Ordered at the end of Nov 2024 and still haven't received my headphones and when I contacted them. They said they have sent me a new package 26th of December without even letting me know? Told me to wait a couple more days its "coming"

Do not order from this company, scammers 🤬🤬 I ordered earbuds in early November arrived on 31 December what i received was a cheap pair of tacky headphones you can get in pound shop , my complaint has been ignored saying if I want to return it will be costly ???? Or I can keep the cheap crap and have a €3 refund absolute joke.

Ordered two sets of black waterproof earbuds on 29th October. Have not received the earbuds . This is 100 per cent scam !

I have ordered 2 pairs of these open ear buds in November 2024 and as of the new year 2025 have not received items. I,too, have been told by company that there may be travel delays. The last tracking I received, the package was in Miami, Florida but nothing after that. It started out in Spain but once the tracking said it was in Miami I never heard anything else. I don't know how to get my money back. My credit card company says to contact company but I can't get any further informative answers from the company other than it is still on its way.

Ordered four sets to earbuds in november still have not received email company several times they told me they cannot refund my money and that my package is on the way that they even sent out another order.Because my package got lost horrible company, total scam wasting my money still demanding a refund, don't order from this place

I ordered a set of earbuds in November and it’s Dec 27 and I still haven’t received them. I keep contacting customer service and I just keep getting a template response. It’s definitely a scam company!! If i could rate them less I would.

Ordered more than 2 months. Finally order came. Not the item I ordered. They wanted to compensate USD6 which I gently refused.
Will order from them,hmmm definetely not.

BEAWARE This company is a SCAM . I ordered at the beginning of November and never received my parcel. Contacting customer service mulitple times and never received any assistance. I cannot believe TRUSTPILOT has a level 3 for this company. Shame Shame Shame

Trackingnumber is a mistery.

I ordered from them over a month ago and stopped hearing updates on my package about 2 1/2 weeks ago. They won’t respond to emails regarding my package and haven’t offered any assistance. Waste of my money, definitely a scam.

I had purchased True Powerful Bluetooth 5.4 Open Ear Earbuds, IPX5 WaterproofBlack. I received my order over a month and when I received them they were not what was advertised what I got was a plastic toy earbuds that cannot be used for absolutely nothing I mean NOTHING I paid over $100 Australian $ Very disappointed tried many times to contact them but will not allow me to type into the email. Scam at its very best 😡

I will never buy from this company. It’s a scam!!!I paid a lot of money for a product. Till now i didn’t get anything. I sent an email,they asked me to be patient and wait…clock is ticking and nothing is happening. No one is solving my problem and let alone give my money back.
