I like many others would have given them a zero if I could. Called today to change delivery location for tomorrow's delivery and was told my order had been cancelled because of supply chain issues which seems to be a popular response. Would not let me speak to a supervisor. Said they had emailed me. They did not. Said I would refunded, we'll see based on other reviews. Learned my lesson here. When someone tells you they are local to Key West, ask for the address.

Placed an online order for Altoona, PA assuming it was a real florist in Altoona for delivery. Needless to say, I believe I was scammed like a lot others by Flowers by Nora. I would rate this scam company a 0 if I could. I ordered flower arrangement for Valentine’s Day to be delivered on 2/11/2026 as a surprise. Needless to say the delivery was never made and when I called at the end of the day the foreign speaking lady stated my flowers were out for delivery; however, the business they were delivering to was closed. Reconnected the florist and lady wanted to make delivery tomorrow or Monday the 16th. She called back later and advised I would be receiving a refund as a result of the canceled order. Still waiting on my refund and nothing still posted on my credit card. Stay away from Flowers by Nora

***BUYERS BEWARE ***⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed

Flowers by Nora failed to deliver my daughter-in-law’s birthday flowers as promised. Their website clearly stated that if the order was placed before 2:00 PM, it would be delivered the same day. I placed the order within that timeframe.

They later claimed the order was delivered, but my daughter-in-law never received anything. Nothing was left, no call, no photo, no proof of delivery.

When I contacted customer service, I was told they would “investigate” and respond within 24–48 hours , which is unacceptable when the delivery never occurred and the birthday had already passed.

They also advertised themselves as a local florist, which influenced my decision to order. After this experience, it’s clear they are not local, which feels misleading.

On top of that, there was a hidden service fee that was never clearly disclosed before checkout.

Afterward, I reviewed BBB complaints and found multiple reports describing the same issues , undelivered orders, misleading guarantees, and poor customer service.

This was meant to be a special birthday gift, and Flowers by Nora completely dropped the ball. I would not recommend them.

Order flowers for my sister who lives in Vero Bach, Fla, the $123.84 arrangement was to have two flower in a basket arrangement, I paid extra for the orchards that were not in the arrangement, call twice no help or assistance, they said they would do noting about this, unless I took a picture of what they sent, I live in Atlanta, my sister is not in a medical condition to take flower pictures, I would not recommend ever using this florest. Top right hand corner it clearly states "Receive Free Same-Day Express Delivery". I order early the day of, get an email close to 3pm that they no longer offer same day delivery. Thanks for the late notice, too late now to actually find someone who does deliver same day. False advertisement and no opportunity to fix the issue.

Total criminals. This is not a real company just criminals that take your money and then cancel your order. They should be in jail.

I wish I didn’t have to give them one star! I ordered flowers, a balloon and chocolate for my best friends birthday, they didnt even attempt delivery! I’m so disappointed that she didn’t receive the only gift i tried to send! This company is a SCAM! Now, I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund!

Total joke!!!!! Flowers didn’t get delivered as they said next day didn’t have any….what????
They are networkers back east probably working remote , that look for flowers in the area. Total scam!!!!

Called on 02-04-26. Flowers weren't delivered. "Supply chain problems." They said they're local, but they're not.

Wow, so wished I would have this website sooner. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, DYING FLOWERS!

What was delivered was not what the arrangement shown on line. The picture sent by our recipient had different vase(cheap looking) and the flowers were way past their prime.

I wish I could give 0. The flowers that get delivered are no where near what you order and they refuse to give refunds or correct the issues because they have a “substitution policy.” To me, the substitution is not the issue. The issue is that what is substituted does not compliment what was ordered and is not worth what was paid. If you have a $100 bouquet and somehow are out of every flower but carnations, it should be an amazing $100 carnation bouquet, not a $30 Publix bouquet thrown in a vase.

I tried to find a local florist to send flowers. This company says they are local, but they are not. They say that they deliver free if local but then charge an $18.99 fee. Turns out they are not local at all. They are basically a middle man taking a cut of all orders made and screwing the local merchants.
The other problem is all their reviews. 98% are 1 star

If zero stars was a rating, that’s what I’d give Flowers by Nora. I ordered a premium arrangement. What was delivered to the funeral home was an entirely different display — sparse, poorly balanced, and lacking the fullness and color shown in the original design. It looked thin and unprofessional, and frankly, not even comparable to what was advertised. It did not appear to be worth even half of what we paid.

I would give this company a 0 if that was an option. They are NOT a local florist as advertised (they even mislead by posting a "delivery area" on the website) I ordered the flowers for Saturday delivery. They emailed me that Saturday at 3:40 in the afternoon (too late to try and get another option) that due to "supply issues" they cancelled my order. No one called me. I didn't even see the email until the following day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered for a birthday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We ordered the Bright Blue Skies as
pictured on their Website, what we received was not even close. They delivered different and dying tlowers, different vase. The arrangement was thrown together. I asked for a full refund or the correct arrangement to be sent. I was told that per their policy they would only refund $30, they charged me $90. DO NOT USE THEM!

I wish there was an option for zero stars or half a star. NOT in the city they claimed to be, NOT even NORAs flower shop. It was delivered by some Indian shop and the order was jacked.

If I could give this company a 0 I would! They're shady, crooked and a bunch of liars! We ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's memorial service for 1-17-26 and gave them all of the information they needed for it (time, place, name of deceased, etc. & what time we wanted the flowers there & they told us they would be delivered by then). The day of the memorial service comes & there are no flowers! I called & was told they sent me 2 texts, tried to call me twice & sent me an email needing the "arrangement details" before they could send them. I keep talking to her & find out they haven't even started making the arrangement yet! She said they could make it & send it in the next hour or so (which would have been in the middle of her service)! We got a manager on the phone & keep digging only to find out it was a "supply issue" & they could make an arrangement & send it to my house. I said no thank you; I want a full refund!! Apparently, from reading other reviews, this is a shady business that needs to be shut down because they seem to be doing this with EVERY customer they deal with!! I plan on submitting a complaint with any & every company I can because when you send a customer an email stating you will give them a full refund & then they go & charge your account anyway, that's not a very honest company or a company that needs to stay in business in my opinion!!!

PREDATORS. 0 stars would be more accurate. I ordered what looked like a beautiful succulent glass vase for the death of my best friend's mom. The day before the delivery came and they said that they couldn't fulfill what I paid over $100 for and they'd have to give something else. I had no choice but to agree but asked for a photo. They said they get way too many orders to be able to supply pictures. AVOID.

I should have read reviews and BBB reports/complaints. Implied as a local business, not a call center. Free Delivery is not Free. The Arrangement I purchased, called Guiding Grace Bouquet, comes in 3 grades -Standard, Deluxe and Premium. In my haste, I did not realize the image on line is only for the deluxe... no matter which image you click on. Quite misleading. The product I received was a totally different vase, less than half the flowers shown online, Way too much green to fill in, and the poor little flowers are tired to boot. In addition, no plant food packet...
The most precise communication with the call center was verifying my payment.
