Flowers unlimited supplied the floral tributes for my mom’s funeral. The display was fantastic and you could tell they had really listened When we spoke about the colors and types of flower my mom loved. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again in the future for all my flower needs

This is a great company. Not only do they deliver professionally and on time but they also even allow you to track the delivery driver and individually send you a photo of the exact flowers they delivered.

Excellent personal service and the flowers and champers came exactly as describe. This is the second time we have used Flowers Unlimited and we will definitely use them again. Nice one!!

I have used Flowers Unlimited twice in the past month. Ordering by phone. Friendly people, efficient service and most important the recipients were delighted with the flowers-Also the florist sent an email with the picture of the flowers and provide emsils tracking the delivery . Thank you for making two people important to me very happy .

I ordered online, however the selection I made was not what was delivered. I thought I was sending a glorious yellow & white flower bouquet, instead a more pastel bouquet turned up. Not as vibrant as the one I’d selected but nice flowers. Delivery was prompt & actual process of ordering was fine.

I ordered a bouquet online from New York.
The response was immediate and wonderful and the flower arrangement - beautiful!

My Husband’s mum died a few days before covid lockdown restrictions were eased. She was an Irish lady living in London and the head of a huge Irish family. Members of the family over in Ireland were of course really upset not to be able to attend the funeral. They wanted to send flowers. To try to help during a very difficult time I offered to order some flowers on behalf of people, and deliver them with my own. As an experienced florist myself, I was making the coffin spray from the immediate family.

I ordered the flowers on Saturday, for delivery by 1pm on Wednesday, so that I could then take them to London that afternoon. Ample time for Flowers Unlimited to put aside what they needed and plan ahead to complete my order. Or so you would think.

I got a call at 11am that day saying they would try to get them to me for 1pm but they had to make them, and their delivery driver was out on another delivery, and the flowers needed to arrive, and every poor excuse under the sun.

I said ‘but i ordered them on Saturday’... and the guy was really shirty with me.

The flowers turned up at 2:10pm.

There is absolutely no excuse for this. I owned a flower shop myself for 8 years and I would never have dreamt of risking upsetting a grieving family in their time of sorrow, let alone risk actually missing a funeral. What if it had been that afternoon!! Just SO unprofessional. I was caring for my grieving family and being spoken to badly by a florist who couldn’t provide a service given really ample warning and time.

They made a stressful, horrible time just that little bit more difficult, and I certainly wouldn’t use them again.

Add to that the fact that I now receive endless spam emails from them, one asking me to leave this review! Well, you asked! Several times a week they send spam to my email. Ugh.

I’ve given them two stars purely because the flowers were nice when they arrived (although they had sprayed gross leaf-shine oil spray all over them!).

First time using this company; I wanted one close to recipients address so I googled and checked reviews. I was very pleased! The customer service was excellent on the phone... friendly, helpful and really listened to what I wanted; checking regularly for clarity. The pricing was as expected. The follow up service was brilliant, with regular updates on delivery and an added bonus was the photo of the flowers to my email address. (I had already received a photo from the delighted recipient but it was a lovely touch). All in all a great service I am more than happy to recommend and shall definitely use again.

Would definitely recommend ordered at short notice for my nephews girlfriend who had sadly lost her Nan the day before the lady who took my order was lovely and flowers were delivered when they said they would and were beautiful will definitely use again

Lovely service from Sarah on the phone who helped me organise a very last minute flower delivery! They arrived within hours and were absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic service and beautiful flowers - what more could you want!

Rang 10am and placed order for mid afternoon delivery.Left the selection of flowers to Ramune with description of occasion. Tracked delivery and was informed within 1 minute of delivery time. This is one of the most efficient and professional companies i have used in a very long time and would recommend to any one.
