I cannot praise Flowers Unlimited enough. The flowers for my Husband's funeral were done with close attention to detail as requested by my family. The Staff were very friendly and our orders were carried out with great care.

My husband ordered some flowers for our anniversary from Flowers Unlimited. We have used this company many times in the past, including for my mother’s funeral, and while perhaps not the most exciting florist in Brighton and Hove, they were reliable and the flowers were fresh etc. This time, although the quality of the flowers was still ok, the choice was so uninspired and basic. My husband confessed to me that he had spent £50, plus delivery for what looked like a Tesco £15 bouquet: Gerberas, Lisinathus, alstroemerias, carnations and one yellow rose. The cheapest and most basic of flowers. I find this so weird at a time when floristry has never been so exciting and vivid and where you could, in fact, produce an amazing bunch of flowers for this price. Strangely, on the same day, I had ordered a bouquet for a friend in Dorset for exactly the same price. It was filled with stunning seasonal dahlias, sourced from a local grower and other beauties I couldn’t even name. When my husband saw a picture of these flowers he said that he felt completely ripped off. As did I. I’m afraid our relationship with Flowers Unlimited turns out to be entirely limited. We certainly won’t be back.

These flowers were delivered to me on Saturday. I was celebrating a big birthday but was not expecting such a wonderful bouquet of roses! They were stunning. I live outside the UK and needed to send some thank you flowers for a lovely holiday visit to some friends in Hove. I ordered from the Flowers Unlimited website and was worried about the usual - overcharging for delivery, the flowers don't look like the pics on the website, etc.

I couldn't have been more satisfied. The delivery charge was very reasonable, the store communicated via e-mail at every step of the process - and even sent me pictures of the bouquets after the fact!

For the first time I used Flowers Unlimited, just a small £15.00 bouquet. I have to say it was lovely, tasteful and really good value. Will certainly be using them again and will recommend to friends and family. Very impressed.

I was told they delivered to my area same day. Then I was contacted after making the order, to be told it’ll come the next day from a different supplier. They just wanted my order over the phone. The message had incorrect spelling.

I expressed this via email to the company as they have repeatedly emailed me about how amazing they are. Have not actually acknowledged the email but continue to send me more about how great they are.

The flowers were fine but I’ve just been left a little disappointed.

100% will order from a local smaller florist. For a more tailored service.

And please flowers unlimited… you have had a chance to respond. Don’t do it on here.

The bouquets you get are stunning and great value for money. Have used a couple of times, and it's so nice that you get sent a picture of the flowers, so you know what the person is receiving.

There was a wide selection of flowers and tribute types. The staff were very helpful, and patient. Everything went smoothly, I'd definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend this florist. I ordered flowers for a funeral from Australia- the staff were very helpful and carefully selected the colour/type of flower i requested.
It was a beautiful wreath and prompted many comments.
They even sent me photos of the wreath as they knew I wouldn't be there for the funeral. Great service

A last minute bouquet was need to be sent to a home in the Midlands and through Flowers Unlimited and a young assistant in the shop a wonderful arrangement was suggested and when delivered , the Lady to whom it was sent was "over the moon" with the delivery .

The process was seamless - a good selection of bouquets at a range of prices to choose from. Delivery was prompt and email communication throughout the whole journey so I knew the flowers had been delivered. The addition of a personal email to me with photos of the actual bouquet that was delivered was a lovely touch
