Focused is a specialised ADHD clinic offering video assessments for just £289, as well as diagnoses and ongoing support. Our qualified practitioners are licensed in the UK and, if you are diagnosed with ADHD, they can help you find the care and treatment you need. It all starts with an online pre-assessment. Complete a questionnaire to see if a consultation is right for you, and nominate a family member or friend who knows you well to answer a short survey about your symptoms and developmental history. If our clinician thinks a consultation is suitable for you, you'll be invited to book a 2 hour slot for a video call with them. And if a consultation isn't right for you? We'll refund your £289 fee. During your video consultation, our clinician will ask you some questions about your symptoms and everyday life, and most of the time you'll get a decision on your diagnosis by the end of the appointment. From there, our clinician will go through any treatment or therapy they think might help you, and you'll have the option get ongoing care with us each month. When you start a treatment plan, we'll also check in with you regularly to see how things are going, and you'll get access to our clinicians to ask them any questions you need to.

This company has been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. If you’re looking for an ADHD assessment, I would highly recommend getting in touch with them. In my opinion, they are one of the best in the UK, if not the best.
From the moment you speak to them, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. The assessment lasts two hours and is thorough, professional and properly carried out.
I’m genuinely delighted with both the outcome of my assessment and the level of service I received. It’s not always easy going through the process of getting an ADHD assessment, but this company made the whole experience so much easier

The consultation took a bit of set up…
The consultation took a bit of set up on my side as I had to arrange for my medical records from my GP beforehand but the consultation itself went well. Waiting on the next steps now so cannot review the journey after diagnosis just yet

A reasonably priced yet thorough…
A reasonably priced yet thorough assessment. I didn't feel like I was 'buying a diagnosis' and trusted that the assessor would not have diagnosed me had I not met the criteria. Everything was explained fully at each step of the process, and Cherelle, my assessor was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to.

Well priced and helpful
Well priced and helpful. The meds will cost you at least £159 a month but that's similar to elsewhere.

Focused are a wonderful comprehensive…
Focused are a wonderful comprehensive service for those looking to explore their understanding of suspected ADHD. I filled in the questionnaire snd was then asked to provide the details of someone who had kmown me since childhood. My mum had completed this by the next morning and was able to then book an appointment swift and with ease.
I was advised that something in my pre assessment meant I should see a senior clinician. The appointment was scheduled a few days later. I unfortunately was too chatty in this 2 hour consultation and required a second appointment date to continued the assessment. I was reassured by this and even paying the fee twice was cheaper than many other private companies offering this service. I saw Dr Lily Hunt who was clear, empathetic and extremely professional.
I felt her need for a deeper description of how my ADHD affects my life from childhood to now was a credit to her professionalism. This is not a rushed or bought diagnosis service.
Dr Hunt was able to diagnose me during fhd second consultation with kindness, grace and reassurance.
The report is a detailed and comprehensive 26 page document thst was easy to download and available within days.
I am currently awaiting a treatment offer and sincerely hope the high service standard continues.

Excellent service
I had avoided this assessment for a few years for fear of being all in my head and all those things RSD does.
Cherelle Johnson was my assessor, and I am truly grateful for her empathy and professionalism throughout.
I felt safe and could be completely honest, even though the questions were intense.
At the end, Cherelle explained her conclusion and how she reached it.
I am still processing what the results mean to me and whether I want to follow the medication route.
Unfortunately, Focused does not have shared care yet (Oct 2026), but I would still recommend it!

Nice and easy just as it should be
I had a few funny looks from friends in the know about whether this is a legit company to diagnose anyone because of the speed it happened and the reasonable price. But I found it to be very thorough and they made me feel very comfortable even though I was emotional all the way through the assessment. I would never have got around to a diagnosis otherwise because there were too many obstacles in the way. Focused makes it simpler just as it should be. Thank you. I’m so very happy to have answers.

I felt validated and listened to.
I really appreciated the ease of using Focused. My assessor, Gloria, was really lovely - making me feel supported the entire way through the process. The person assessing me (Kate I think)…
The person assessing me (Kate I think) was so personable and made me feel completely at ease so I could express myself fully. I felt quite anxious and overwhelmed but Kate reassured me throughout the entire process and fully explained everything to me and what we would cover.
I felt like I was treated like a person rather than ‘a patient’.
The whole process from beginning to end was very well communicated.
