You successful completed the Level 2 Food Safety And Hygiene For Catering course on the same day of your enrolment and received your RoSPA / CPD Certified Certificate immediately. If you have taken the course for local authority compliance you may be required to retake the course after 3 years. Our certificates never become invalid. We appreciate your feedback.

Need harder questions not practical enough
Need harder questions about practices- hand washing how to properly esp turning off tap with paper towel. Clean uniforms not wiping hands on apron with traces raw meat then prepping salad. More practical stuff less technical. Most sanitizers are watered down in cold water in pubs & restaurants - how should you clean tables people eat off? Also no second chance to review in exam only one chance then it goes important want to know the ones I got wrong and answers. Overall having prepped & cooked for customers think it is too easy for a level 2 some questions are really easy.

Great online course presentation
Really easy to navigate through the course. Great layout and useful short quizzes after each module. Broken up with short, informative videos. Took approx 3.5 hours. Value for money. Will use this company again.

Needs improvement
If answering in the unit section, you will loose your place as it takes you back to question one if looking in the modules for answers.
You don’t need to know a lot of the questions if a small business who doesn’t need to cook

The RoSPA Assured / CPD Certified Level 2 Food Safety And Hygiene For Catering course includes the content required for compliance with the current Food Safety Act. This course is designed for UK food handlers whose job role generally includes cooking and handling food. We do offer a Level 1 course on our main training website for those whose job role does not involve the preparation or direct handling of food.
A good price and professionally delivered.
Clear lessons, well structured and at a good price .
