All good, easy to work. No problems

I have just completed level 2 food safety and hygiene course, very easy to manage and understand ,

Not overly impressed. Fortunately paid a low price, but I'm sure some comparatively priced courses must do a better job. Littered with grammar and punctuation errors which made some sentences hard work and needed 2 or 3 read-throughs to make sense. Inconsistencies with course content and the end of module quiz questions. Got a final score for the end exam but no way of knowing which one I got wrong, and therefore no way of knowing where my knowledge gap is. Would have been improved with a Powerpoint type form of presentation instead of endless scrolling. Plus point: easy to register and complete at my leisure. You can complete at your own pace.
*edit, after reply, as unable to directly reply. Having read some other trust pilot reviews I see that the issues with grammar and punctuation have been mentioned a few times. One as far back as 2020. All are met with a similar response of ‘it’s good enough’. After two years of repeated suggestions for improvements I’m disappointed that a suitably qualified proof reader has not been asked to remedy these issues. A very easy, and inexpensive solution.
Regarding inconsistencies: For example on the reheating module, the course states reheat to over 75 degrees for 30 seconds. In the ‘check your knowledge’ quiz there was no answer available for this, the nearest one was 75 seconds for 3 minutes. Which was marked as correct. So which is it?
Feedback on incorrect answers: again, this has been mentioned in feedback several times since 2020. I’m not sure why, if you have passed, you can not provide details on the questions we answered incorrectly. It is, after all, supposed to help us keep consumers safe, and not just be a test of our knowledge. If we don’t know it, we need to know what we don’t know!

I'm not good at examinations, never have been, but with a most informative and easy to learn program, I passed the level 2 EHO course first time. Thank you for the experience, far better than the dentist!!

The process was easy and the course straightforward to follow. The course did not need to be completed at one go. Your progress was saved and it was easy to resume next time you logged in

Poor quality of presentation. Poor explanations. Irrelevant test questions. Will be looking for a much better provider of training.

Legislation section was hard to absorb and not necessarily relevant for all staff, never remembered and would be looked up in the future if needed. Regular tests at the end of each unit were helpful. The final test had no way to review the 3 incorrect answers for continued learning. There were about 3 questions where the question was not clear, either way final result clarification would be helpful.

There was a lot of reading. It took me 5hrs spread over 2 days but eventually it went in and I got 100% on each intermediate quiz (sometimes after reviewing the content). So when I only got 90% at the end I wanted to know why; what were the 3 questions I didn't get right? But there is no way of reviewing the results or revisiting the course once passed.
