Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback.
I've checked your tracking and can see that your order is showing as delivered on the 17th August. If you don't have your mug I'd suggest checking in any safe places or with your neighbours as sometimes orders can be left elsewhere by the courier.
Shipping to Australia does take quite a while from the UK but we do offer the best courier options we can to try and prevent delays. Unfortunately we don't have any control over the time it takes to deliver an item.
We are always available over email and usually respond within a few hours, but I haven't been able to find any emails from you.
We are a very small business and we do everything that we can to help our customers - I'm sorry that you feel your experience hasn't met your expectations.
