I'm sorry to hear you haven't had the best experience with us.
I've checked your order and can see that we shipped your mug the day after you placed your order.
Unfortunately delivery times within Europe are completely out of our control and have been dramatically impacted by Brexit and the pandemic, but we do offer the option to upgrade to courier to speed up delivery - this might be worth bearing in mind in the future if you're in a rush to receive your mug.
We really appreciate you taking the time to feed this back and are hopeful that delivery times will improve when things start to get a bit more normal.

Bespoke bizarreness at its best
This is one of the weirdest gifts I’ve ever bought anyone. But it’s brilliant! Very unique and my friend loves it. Really quick response and helpful when there was a slight issue with the first one getting lost in the post! Highly recommend the personalised sketch as a gift. I would also recommend choosing your audience wisely when you present this as a gift...
