Sent wrong order before Christmas... no apology for taking my money. Did offer to refund once they received item back but all a bit late before Christmas and postal strikes. Disappointing.

Considering your order was delivered back in April and we have had absolutely no communication from you since, (we checked all our inboxes) nor any form of return request via Ebay / other external platforms. Our phone support is available between 11am - 4pm Monday - Friday and email support is 24/7. If there was anything wrong with the colour or the style of the item sent, we would have been more than happy to exchange or offer a full refund had you asked. We provide a free returns service for our UK customers.
