As with my two previous experiences with Forage, their servis was brilliant. I bought a beautiful kimono on sale during Christmas, and there was a little delay in shipment due to the amount of the orders they received. But saying this, they replied to my email very quickly explaining and my kimono arrived shortly after.

Absolute banger of a bag
Honestly , I don’t think I have ever received anything as beautiful as my Lila Rose Gold belt bag . So well made and a gorgeous colour . I will take it with me to all the music festivals I go to. I can’t stop looking at it. Thankyou for making such a great product. Buying “off facebook “ doesn’t usually go this well .

I have owned one of your bags for 7 years plus... and over the last few months bought 3 more. My order was dealt with promptly and I was delighted to receive them...I met a lovely lady at a party a couple of years ago,she asked me if it was a Forage bag and took some photos of me....she said she was your mother......

The hip bag I ordered is perfect, great colour and very well made.
There was a mix up with my order (entirely my fault) and customer service could not have been better or more helpful.

Bought a dressing Gown which doesnt…
Bought a dressing Gown which doesnt have any way of being hung ( I usually hand on the a coat hook at the back of a door) . I asked to return for a refund and was told not only I would have to pay for it but also in order to get my refund I would have to return the free gift ring which arrived with it (unordered) which I didnt have as had gifted it to a young girl (not suitable for an adult as very low quality)

We’re really sorry to read that this experience was disappointing, especially as the item itself wasn’t faulty.
To clarify for anyone reading: our dressing gowns and kimonos have never included hanging loops, and this isn’t something we state or imply on our product pages. We completely understand that some people would like this feature, and feedback like this is always taken on board - but it isn’t something that was missing or incorrectly described.
This particular purchase was made during a 50% sale as we’re in the process of discontinuing our clothing range. As with all non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for return postage, which is outlined in our returns policy.
The complimentary ring mentioned was part of a December gift-with-purchase promotion and could be removed from the basket at checkout if not wanted. As the promotion was designed to thank customers for their order, the ring does need to be returned if the qualifying item is refunded - something we explain to avoid situations where customers could order purely for the gift.
We’re genuinely sad to receive this review, particularly as the item itself was described accurately and arrived as intended. We always aim to be fair, and transparent in how we handle returns, and we’re grateful to the many customers who’ve had positive experiences with us.

I ordered the short kimono. Following my previous order from Forage, I knew I could expect excellent quality and to be kept informed of the progress of my order. It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged The Kimono is a beautiful design, is a smooth silky texture, so not prone to creasing and has a generous amount of material. I am so pleased with it. After 2 orders with Forage I can wholeheartedly endorse the quality of their products and customer service. I also received a bonus free ring, which was far more beautiful "in the flesh" than the photograph on the website.
I feel that Forage take pride in their goods and value their customers. I will definitely order from them again.
