After having some issues with the insurance broker called - First Central, I spoke to a lovely lady, Sue Stott, from Forces Mutual who sorted my car insurance promptly. She was extremely polite, knowledgeable and above all else, she ensured that my issues with my insurance were solved, despite the difficult circumstances caused by First Central. Nowadays everything seems to only try to get more money out of you, so it’s really refreshing to see someone go out of their way to help others.

Ross spent a full year working with us as our circumstances changed and we identified what we could afford vs what we needed. Not knowing what exactly I needed at the beginning she worked with me over a number of sessions to identify what was the right package for me.
