My shed was delivered yesterday from Forest Gardens
the company were very good keeping me up to date,
with the delivery times, also their drivers were very helpful and obliging, i would recommend them for there
service provided.
next job arrect the shed.

We ordered a log cabin from Shedstore and Forest Gardens fulfilled the order. Sam from customer service was really helpful and ensured that the shed was delivered while I was on annual leave. The delivery driver was excellent and very friendly. We are really pleased with the quality of the log cabin.

Great delivery service. Phil kept me informed of delivery times and arrived promptly. Phil and John D moved shed panels into garden as requested. The bike store took a little longer to build than anticipated, but my bike now has the perfect new home.

Had my shed panels delivered today. In all honesty was over due on original delivery time stated by roughly an hour & half. But was given a courtesy call 20 mins or so prior to them arriving. Was kept informed of delivery details by email /text. Easy to use the tracking app sent to me via email to assess their route. Phil & John stored the product where I asked them to. All brought through to back garden carefully & considerate of my property. Also provided me with additional information about assembly instructions. Very approachable guys with very friendly customer focused attitudes. Product looks as good as I imagine a flat pack shed might look. Positive experience all round.

I have just had my fence panels delivered and they look great! Phil and John called in advance to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time, unloaded and left the panels where instructed and were very friendly and polite! Great service!

I ordered a wooden garden storage unit via B&Q. When it arrived a part had been damaged in transit. Nobody's fault, just one of those things. I contacted B&Q who weren't very helpful about it. I contacted Forest Gardens customer service in case they could help directly. They couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement part was with me 5 days later. I'm really pleased with the quality of the product and the service. It also arrived much quicker than advised which was a bonus.

I have just been messaging a lovely girl on the live chat called Lucy, she was really quick and helpful with my enquiry, I had my daughter assist me with getting onto the chat but once on it was a very quick and easy service.

So happy with my new bike shed! It was delivered sooner than expected which I was glad for because my bikes were getting wet! Phil S was the lovely and helpful driver. We put the shed up this weekend it was super easy and looks great! I've had lots of compliments already! 5 stars for Forest Gardens! thank you!

A great company had my shed and storage building delivered by Shabbir very polite and very safe with covid 19 rules all the bits he let me check was ok and then even closed the gates behind him will recommend this company to anyone.

Eight a.m. the Missus wakes me! "Phil's on the way with your shed." 'Pardon Aunty Bet is dead?" (I was half asleep) "The shed is coming!"
I bounced out of bed...well as fast as my old legs would allow. By the time I'd had breakfast, completed my ablutions and taken my meds-Phil had arrived.
What a lovely friendly Brummy!
I felt guilty I couldn't give him a hand unloading-these Covid times eh!
Fast and efficient service-good looking shed(my third-well a man has to have status in suburbia)
I owe Phil a cuppa...ah well next time, mate.
