The raised garden bed was delivered today by Wayne And Mohammed on time and was pleased with the product both were very friendly and helpful

Quality shed delivered laid out in order of putting up, by where it would be needed. Delivery men, Phil H & Mark S most obliging respectful polite and explained fully what, why and how. Most efficient and speedy delivery. Excellent all round.
The shed looks great and is of high quality; we’re most satisfied and pleased.

Great service! Chose my delivery day, great communication and updates. Tracked driver so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Stephen was very helpful and pleasant he carried the fencing to my garden without any fuss. Recommend highly.

Phil Sadler delivered my flat pack shed panels.
A genuinely friendly bloke, good customer service and happy to provide advice with regards to storage and construction.
It was delivered within the specified delivery time and I was given a courtesy call 20 mins prior to him arriving.
It was all brought through to the back garden carefully & he was able to place the roof sheets into my garage, after I'd mentioned the shed wasn't being put up immediately.
And although it's obviously still in flat pack, my initial thoughts are that the product looks good, sturdy and is as described.

Fantastic customer service friendly and professional the deliverymen were outstanding nothing was to much trouble for them highly recommend this company would defnatley use them again product delivered was in excellent condition and well within delivery times quoted

The Driver Phil Spencer could/should deliver danish larger.. excellent attitude, nothing too much trouble and friendly/polite manner. The product is in great condition and he made sure the bag of hardware was given to me personally and I was advised which parts needed to be protected from the elements prior to assembly.. great job and thank you Forest Garden .

To follow upon my previous review The company have now responded and have offered replacement parts I have accepted another door but all the other faults have had to be sorted out best we can because once you start to build you cant really take it all apart
The 6 x 4 Summer House looks lovely on the Forest Garden photos but don't be fooled by that. What you receive is Extremely Rough Cheap Wood, Sharp Edges Not even smoothed off, Warped Parts, Knot Holes, Split Panels, and Shoddy Workmanship on the parts pre assembled Not lined up or level so a nightmare to work with This has been a stressful time for us from start to finish I must say though the delivery guy was great I just wish we had bought a different Summer House from somewhere else What started off at a reasonably priced one has turned out a lot more expensive with numerous 18 mile round trips to B & Q Hopefully all our hard work and expense will be worth it in the end
The Girls at Forest Garden were very polite and did offer some solutions so I cannot fault them at all

I waited 17 days for delivery of a summer house from this company Ok we live in Scotland Wre began building and today on our third day I have had faults with almost every part Gaps Homes stuff not fitting correctly Pre assembled parts shoddily put together What a nightmare we have remedied most of the issues ourselves but on the last lap I could cry One door so badly warped we struggled to get it on and now it spoils the whole look of the summer house I Contacted this company and expected a quick response but nothing so far Surely they can do better service I am stuck with a problem now and it needs to be solved All in all o would never buy from this company again Their stuff is absolutely well below standard but as most people would agree once you start to build them up it's only then you notice all the faults They know this so have us exactly where they want us

Jamie and Stephen were great, polite, on time and cracked on with the job of putting the shed up in a tight spot. They arranged to take away the extra base we’d ordered that wasn’t needed which was a great help. Ian, the guy who delivered the shed was superb too, he was really up against it but rose to the challenge. A great team and a lovely new shed!

The fence panels were delivered at the agreed time, to a difficult location for deliveries. The app gave a clear indication of where the delivery vehicle was, and when we could expect it. On approach the driver (John D) phoned and asked for directions. he was courteous and helpful.

After being advised there would be a delay in delivery & installation into early 2023 I voiced our disappointment to Abbie & Sandra from customer service & they managed to reschedule for a delivery/installation within the next 3 weeks …. Thanks to their support we will have our new shed installed well before Xmas well done you two

We mislaid the fittings for a shed delivered by this firm. Without any hesitation they have agreed to send us free replacements. What great service, one never expects this these days. So grateful, will use the firm again, shed looks great.

would give a zero if possible, shed arrived and after storing in my garage until ready to assemble I realised nails not even totally in panels etc plus nails missing batons completely on panels, every section has at least 1 fault, clearly no quality control and would not even pay £100 for this peace of garbage never mind the price I paid
absolutely disgusted how they can even ship items like this, for 1 its a health hazard
