ordering and delivery fine but quality of product for the price charged was awful.Splits in panels some caused by nails,some in the panel itself.Nails protruding. Very shoddy workmanship.I should have bought locally at a cheaper price.Will not buy from forest again

Phil Sadler delivered our shed on 10 July, very punctual, friendly and stacked the parts neatly in readines for the lads to deal with it next day.

My shed was delivered by lorry driver Rich. A really helpful guy who off loaded everything and placed it in my garage. I had no time to check the different parts before he left, but a later inspected showed it was all complete. The panels are very well made and finished off and it is a high quality product. I will erect it at the weekend and the instructions look to be very easy to follow. There are lot of screws and other fixings but they all are divided into separate bags to suit each part of the assembly procedure. A well though out touch which will help with the erection work. This was my first buy with Forest and I will definitely use them again. They also make fence panels and are a good company to know.

My delivery arrived at the time stated by Wayne and Jacob. They tried to deliver my panels to where I needed them but unfortunately the turning was to tight for the vehicle to get down. My delivery was left safe and handled with care. Very please with my purchase.

Shed looks great quality. Clear instructions about delivery procedure. John M delivered on time, was very courteous and friendly. He worked hard getting all the panels through the tiny gate, but he stacked them all so neatly that I am able to get around in the garden. Cant wait now for my new shed to be built. John M was very knowledgeable about where the wood has come from and how it is manufactured. He also assured me of the 25 yr guarantee! He definitely knows his stuff.

Absolutely spot on, Shed itself is well made and decent value for money. The real positive on top was the professional delivery service. Shed was delivered by John Doogan, he was super professional and helpful. Took all sections around and placed them where we needed them in the garden and was a really friendly chap. A good bloke to have working for your brand.

The ordering process was easy, providing clear order acceptance, and providing delivery a date. Nearer to delivery date a further message was received providing a window of time for delivery and by a nominated driver John. The fence panels are of good quality and provide good value for money.

Phil and Mark definitely are great delivery guys who delivered the shed to North Yorkshire. Thank you .

Just had our garden shed deliver by Brad.

The company was easy to dal with from start to finsih and was a bit warey as the price was good.

The qaulity of the shed is good, plenty of instructions and screws etc. One small nag was not quite enough roof felt, but luckily I had some extra which I used in an out of sight area.

The delivery was good by Brad, text a few days before and he called 20 minutes ahead of delivery.

Couldn't recomend enough and you delivery guy was a great advert for the company which like most online purchases are pretty faceless and he settled any concerns I had. Thank you.

Had a shed delivered by James, he was so polite and freindly and nothing was too much trouble for him, I wish all delivery drivers would be as professional and kind. Thankyou James

Dreadful company very bad customer service I ordered a shed was to be delivered that day I got a silly person that had no idea call me about delivery I explained where it was to go, there google map years out of date wouldn’t allow delivery even as I said it was out of date and changed and no problem with access, I’m also a delivery driver and it was no problem they could just leave it outside but no, a total waste of my time and money finally got a refund - can not recommend them for anything not even to a worst enemy

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to order products, regularly updated on order and delivery dates/times. Craig, the delivery driver, was polite and friendly, and followed our instructions to the letter in leaving the items where we had instructed him to. Would definitely use again.
