Paid £50 for singing dolls that turned out to be normal plastic ones. Delivery took forever too.

Worst customer service.. I asked for an 18inch and got smaller. They will not replace. Basically called me a liar when I sent photo proof of it not being 18inches

What a joke. If anyone is considering buying the DJ plaque, please don't.. what a mess. Very cheaply done, DJ name wasn't even spelt right. Long story short, they began with a 30% off price for my dissatisfaction then progressed to 100%. I actually wanted the plaque to look exact what was advertised... and that's all.. but they didn't want to do that... what sort of a business is that!!!.
Anyhow NEVER AGAIN. I'd strongly advise that you don't order that plaque or you'll be very very disappointed to the point of being ashamed of the product.

Ordered two embroidered make up bags for partner and daughter and they came with plastic printed names on them and material of bag was very cheap and I’ve emailed four times with pictures requesting a refund and no one has got back to me disgraceful customer service

This is not a UK company the cheap products take 3 weeks to arrive from China. I ordered the Mountainbike Xmas bauble and it is nothing like the advertisement it is a cheap piece of flat plastic with a photograph on it. Paid over £20 for a complete rip off

The dj gift arrived nothing like it was advertised.cheap plastic and very low quality and for £30 was a rip off.asked for refund and they put off saying they would give 10% back.i refused and they kept offering minimal refund percentage.i ended up with 50% as I cannot get to send back.do not order from here

Awful product.i ordered a Phantom of the Opera christmas tree bauble.Looked nothing like the advertised product .Cheap and nasty..colouring awful.Total scam..Will not be using this item..fit only for the bin !!

I ordered an overnight bag for my daughter as a Christmas present. I asked for her name ELISSA to be put on the bag. I received a bag with ELI on it. Very dissapointed and the bag has now gone in the bin. Dont buy from this Company SCAM !! Money wasted.

I was a bad consumer and didn't check these out. The product I ordered ( a coat hook with a rabbit head) turned out to be a hook and a separate cheap wearable pin with a rabbit pin. Scam. Stay far away.

I received the wrong item try to return. They will not get an address from them and this is their response when I emailed.

i bought a holster and belt and the picture was of a holster and belt that was a thick leather look, when i got it in it was a worthless piece of junk. it does not hold the pistol well and i don't think it is even real leather. i have written the company and told them the product was not broken it was just a piece of junk, the wanted me to take pictures of the item and send it to them, i told them there was not anything wrong, all that wron with it it is a piece of junk and that they advertised a tooled leather and it was not tooled. i have not heard from them since that last e-mail.

I purchased a custom made item, for my wedding, even Paid EXTRA for the so called "Rush shipping ", e-mailed them numerous times, with the status of of my order, since the tracking number wasn't linked to their shipping company, they told me to wait.
Second time asked for a refund, They said we will only refund you 70%..never received refund, emailed them 3 times already..and nothing..and by the way I'm still waiting for the product to arrive, 4 weeks later.

Product was adverised as linen with stitched lettering. It was made of cheap fleece woth stamped lettering. Refused to refund except for 20% of the price. Do not order from these scammers.

How do I give a zero rating . I paid $58 for a baseball game including special delivery of 4-6 days . It has been 11 days and nothing . I messaged them a week ago and they sent a tracking number but I cannot track my order . I believe I got ripped off . Stupid me . Do not order from this company . And Pay Pal is obviously a rip off also . I did not use pay pal but they promote this company .

I’m very disappointed with my recent order and the customer service experience. I ordered a 4.3-inch stamp, but received a 2-inch stamp instead—a completely different size. There was no notice, explanation, or communication beforehand.

When I contacted customer service, I was told the correct size was out of stock and they could only offer a 50% refund. I don’t understand how a company can knowingly ship the wrong item without asking the customer first, and then not issue a full refund for a product I didn’t order or agree to receive.

This was not a small mistake—it reflects poor handling and lack of transparency. I expected much better and unfortunately can’t recommend them based on this experience.

They are scammers.
They are responding to every single review saying this person never ordered with them and bad mouthing another company ( who might even send genuine products)
Please thoroughly check your records i have recently purchased from you. Based in Us and not china.
I have an active conversation with you via email responses to which are copy paste responses. Repeatedly telling me to keep the shit product and offering to refund 20% and then 50% to keep the product.
The pics are completely different from the actual product. Not even close.
Product ordered and advertised: cotton knit
Recieved: crap velvet

And they aren't agreeing there is anything wrong with it.
