How do I give a zero rating
How do I give a zero rating . I paid $58 for a baseball game including special delivery of 4-6 days . It has been 11 days and nothing . I messaged them a week ago and they sent a tracking number but I cannot track my order . I believe I got ripped off . Stupid me . Do not order from this company . And Pay Pal is obviously a rip off also . I did not use pay pal but they promote this company .

I’m very disappointed with my recent order and the customer service experience. I ordered a 4.3-inch stamp, but received a 2-inch stamp instead—a completely different size. There was no notice, explanation, or communication beforehand.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the correct size was out of stock and they could only offer a 50% refund. I don’t understand how a company can knowingly ship the wrong item without asking the customer first, and then not issue a full refund for a product I didn’t order or agree to receive.
This was not a small mistake—it reflects poor handling and lack of transparency. I expected much better and unfortunately can’t recommend them based on this experience.

I have an active conversation with you via email responses to which are copy paste responses. Repeatedly telling me to keep the shit product and offering to refund 20% and then 50% to keep the product.
The pics are completely different from the actual product. Not even close.

I purchased a holster from ForeverGifts.com that in the pictures, looked like one I purchased last year from India, for around the same price. Well this one showed up today looking like it was stamped out of pig skin. its toy like in make up and terribly constructed.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. No communication to say the product is delayed. After waiting 3 weeks and me contacting them, I'm told the product is still in design and would be a further 2 weeks.
I requested a credit so we'll see how long that takes to arrive.
I would honestly avoid this company.

The product itself was lovely and what it was described as. I had brought this little calendar dated plaque for my daughters wedding, had it all marked 12th July and ordered this way and it came back marked on gift as 7th December..
I contacted immediately to let them know this is incorrect, first 2 - 3 where ok then they said I could have next one for 50% with was still no good as it was costing me still another $25 for postage again.. for a $16 little keep sake would turn into $80..
they will not reply to any of my emails now and my emails were still polite.
They have wasted my time and my money. Will never buy from this business again !!

BEWARE of this seller. The item ordered was not as described. It was a coat hanger with my daughters married name to hang her wedding dress. You could not make out the name it looked nothing like what I had typed. Also the names on the wooden part of the hanger and date was dark in some parts and lighter in others. I emailed the company requesting a refund as per their website and they offered me 10% compensation. I have now had to open a dispute case with PayPal to get my money back.

Do not use Forevery Gift. Horrible customer service. I ordered hats for $260.00 dollars. They arrived the incorrect color, and smashed. Some hats had a small hole on the bill. They wouldn’t refund- and expected me to keep the wrong hats.

Terrible/Low Quality Product
Terrible product. I bought personalized Easter eggs for my kids that looked like wooden, engraved eggs. The product I received was a generic, plastic egg, with stick on letters for my kids names. The paint immediately peeled off all the eggs before I could even give them to my kids. Do not recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a golf ball stamp paid $23.00 which included shipping from CHINA. I took 2 weeks to arrive. The golf ball stamp was dried out no ink supplied as advertised.
Also as advertised make of bleach wood and metal.
I was made from cheep plastic like an item out of a cracker jack box. e-mailed customer. service and was told sorry for your inconvenience. What they offered was keep the item and will refund you 20% that's $4.60.

Not as described, no expedited shipping as paid for
Ordered product on March 3rd and paid extra for expedited shipping. After a couple weeks I emailed them about when to expect. Was told they were starting production in a few weeks. I finally got the book I ordered and it was nothing like what was in the picture or description. There was no clasp, no dexkeled edge paper and no pen, which was all in the description. It's just a normal journal with my name on it. Very dissatisfied. They post beautiful pictures and descriptions but do not deliver

engraved pocketwatch
I purchased an engraved pocketwatch for my friend's birthday. I ordered it 4 months in advance. It arrive one month before I needed it which was fine but the engraving was awful; had huge scratches all over it and a LARGE gouge mark apparently from the vice to hold it. Company apologied and said they'd send one out to replace it and here we are 2 months later and no replacement or response to numerous emails. The item was sent 2 weeks later than the order previously had stated. We returned the package unopened to the PO. Now ForeverGifts (from China) says they’ll see about a refund… and they’ll only return a portion for a “stocking fee”.

Delayed shipping, horrible customer service
I ordered a gift for Christmas on December 17. They had the option to pay $28 for expedited shipping which guarantees shipping in 2-4 days. I heard nothing from them until they finally shipped my gift 20 days later on January 6. When I reached out to customer service to be refunded for my expedited shipping, they just kept replying that they don't deal with shipping and they can't help me. When I continued to ask who I could talk to for the shipping because they didn't give me the service that I paid for, they just kept replying that they can't do anything because someone else does shipping.
