FountainHRT Avis 54

I started Fountain 2 weeks and 5 days ago. After I started it I was better but still not good and still couldn’t eat 2 weeks later again I was better but still not good and still couldn’t eat without severe hot flashes and getting sick!! I text Fountain and talked with them. They made an adjustment to my medication. IT WAS INSTANT!! Within the 1st hr. of the adjustment in my meditation I was feeling so different, by that night I was eating a cheeseburger laughing, sleeping!! My life has been completely changed overnight. I just started crying. I went from thinking I might be dying to the happiest person ever. Sorry this is so long but it’s hard to put into words how I feel how this has changed my life! I would have never in a million years put my stomach issues together with menopause. I went to so many GI DR,s and they couldn’t figure it out but Fountain HRT did!!

I was full blown menopause, in tears and felt empty, depressed hot flashes and night sweats,I was a mess. Loss of labido, loss sleep,painful sex and I started losing that feminine feeling as being a woman.i am over 6 months in on the hrt. Its a life changer/ great awakening. I feel like I did in my 20's. It improved my marriage. I got my labido back and the desire to wear dresses and feel good. My hot flashes and nights sweats went away, almost immediately. My mood is level ,calm and happy, I have alot of energy.This is a life changer for women because going through menopause feels like death before our time. I feel amazing at 54 yrs old, I will be on hrt for as long as I can. Fountain always answer my questions in a timely manner and they readjust according to my needs with my medication and always delivered to my doorstep on time. This was meant for us women. All or most our ailments are because of our depleting hormones. I highly recommend Fountain HRT for women fighting menopause . Blood work scheduling is simple ,fast and painless to schedule because Fountian will always text you for your upcoming appointment and you schedule right there. Also after 6 months of being on hrt. My body is having that more feminine look. Due to the fat being distributed to hips and thighs instead of tummy.😁

I’ve been on HRT and it’s been a really good experience overall. Changes have been pretty gradual but I can definitely notice them over time. I just feel more comfortable in my body and more like myself day to day.

It’s a process for sure but it’s made a big difference in how I feel overall.

I compared all of the various HRT services including Midi, Fountain and Alloy. Fountain was my pick for 2 reasons: they prescribe testosterone in my state, and they have you do labs to help evaluate your needs. Meeting with the hormone specialist to discuss my symptoms helped a lot, too. In a manner of a few months, I was feeling so much better, sleeping better and starting to lose some weight. Every menopausal woman deserves this kind of care. And all labs, consults and custom compounded prescriptions are included. Super nice and knowledgeable providers, too. I highly recommend Fountain to make you feel like yourself again.

It’s been a journey and truly an experience to have my life back my energy, all those physical things that we can’t explain, but no are happening to us in this journey of menopause. Nothing like having the energy and clarity with fountain it’s been a true awakening.

The customer service I receive with Fountain is 10/10. The ability to communicate via text makes communication such an easy experience. They are extremely responsive. I receive a text back within seconds-minutes. Scheduling is also super easy and they have great availability. Being able to reach providers quickly has made getting and taking HRT a breeze. Refills are sent automatically and are mailed to your door. I have modified my dosing several times and they just send new prescriptions immediately and it’s all included.

The hormones themselves have been life changing! Getting testosterone has improved my quality of life/sex life tremendously. The progesterone has seriously improved my night sweats, making my sleep much better. I would not hesitate if you are considering HRT and fountain.

Terrible. At first the service seems reasonable for everything it claimed to include but by my second visit the only place available to do my labs was an hour away and I had to pay for them with my insurance and by the third trip to get labs done the only place was now 1.5 hours away and since they didn’t take my insurance the cost for bloodwork would be over $300 in addition to my monthly $200 cost for Fountain HRT which was supposed to INCLUDE LAB WORK!

Total rip off and I noticed absolutely zero improvement in my menopause symptoms plus I gained 8lbs while on the HRT.

Save yourself the cost and hassle and just go to the doctor. This company is a scam

Unbelievable customer support staff - each individual I have spoken to has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Now the product itself! I have NEVER felt better: insane libido, positive attitude and no more moodiness, happy and energetic,
Calm and still inside, beautiful in the outside! I wish I’d started sooner. I want to be the poster child for Fountain. Love you guys!

This company is a ripoff, charging $200 a month for a subscription. They claim it reduces costs on video visits, labs, and medications. I prefer paying a la carte to know exactly what I pay for. I have now found an HRT provider that accepts my insurance.

Things started out well, and hormones arrived in a timely manner. I felt dismissed when I reported my hair loss 3 weeks after starting BHRT. I was bounced around with different providers who all had different advice / opinions ( unnerving).
You have to advocate for yourself.
Hair loss has continued, however they refused to order the needed test to correctly diagnose my cause of hair loss - DHT lab test. ( I already had a complete physical with my PCP to rule out ALL the other causes). Text replies seemed like I was talking to a bot.
I now have to see a hair loss specialist due to losing 50% of my hair caused by BHRT.
I have received many benefits from the hormones like great sleep, and relief from migraines, which is why I continue. If I had to do it over, I would go to the Menopause Society site and find an MD in my area to get comprehensive care, proper labs etc.

This is an amazing program! It has helped me so much with my energy and everything else! They are very thorough and help monitor your hormone levels and get you on a track that is right for you!

I am currently 39 years old (turning 40 in Oct). About four years ago, I started suffering with severe symptoms from perimenopause, but was misdiagnosed by my gynecologist and psychiatrists for years.

My cycle was coming every 16 to 20 days, brain fog and memory loss just became my daily life. For a while, I really thought I was losing my mind. My cycle was beyond painful, which was not what I experienced in my 20s or early 30s and it was getting to the point that I was literally getting my cycle twice a month.

I was finally diagnosed with ADHD about two years ago and have been taking Adderall ever since which at least helped me get through work and basic daily tasks but I was not okay mentally, physically or emotionally.

I had my hormone panel tested in late November 2025, I started taking my dose of HRT in mid December 2025.

As of today (2/10/2026) I have not wanted, needed or taken any of my Adderall in the last three weeks!!!!

My hair stopped falling out in the shower and my hairbrush doesn’t look like it just has clumps of hair in it anymore. I don’t wake up at 3:30am in a sea of my own sweat. My libido still isn’t fully back, but I can absolutely feel it slowly coming back.

I am beyond grateful to FountainHRT for what they’ve done for me in my daily life and for everything they’re doing for women’s health!!!

I know that I am still early in my journey, but I’m so excited to continue it!! I feel like I have my life back and I couldn’t thank FountainHRT enough for it!!!

Solid company! Instant support no matter the time, they fix their mistakes quick and go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. I’ve been using them for 8 months now. I would honestly recommend this one over all other TRT clinics.

So far my experience has been just great. All of the NPs are wonderful to work with but Terray Humphrey is one of the best. He explains what he’s recommending it, why he’s recommending and what to expect. He was compassionate and most sympathetic.

I’m only 4 months into treatment but my sleep is so so so much better! The NPs are not just looking at your labs but talking through symptoms and making adjustments. I appreciate the actual care — so much better than I was getting through local hospital systems who basically wouldn’t have serious conversations with me about bioidenticals and just wrote everything off as part of the aging process.

I wish I had found Fountain HRT when I was in perimenopause because I wouldn’t feel like I was fighting an uphill battle for a decade. Thank you for your compassion, Terray, and for helping me to feel like myself again.

I’ve had a very positive experience with FountainHRT. Their team is incredibly responsive and truly provides individualized care—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been addressed quickly and thoughtfully. If something needs adjusting, they don’t hesitate to fix it. This has been a disappointment from the beginning. The refill process is non existent. They will take your money quite promptly and you’ll never get the medication because communication and follow through is non existent. Was left just cold turkey on everything even after escalating the issue to “leadership”. Which did absolutely nothing for me.

Very receptive, they listen to your concerns, they understand how you are feeling. Once your all set up and get your labs, you then set up an appointment with an online doc and get hormones sent to you. That easy! Its a 1 time payment once a month, cheaper than seeing your doc, it includes appointments, hormones, labs and always available to talk. As a registered nurse even I had trouble getting hormones from regular docs in town. I love this service! and I am starting to feel like a real human again! I signed up for the service and scheduled my labs. After further speaking to support I was made aware that because I live in Maryland and I use Tricare my fees wouldn't be covered. I then requested a refund and within the same day support contacted me and I was informed that my refund was granted and would be applied within a few business days. I regret not using the product but the customer service was amazing.
