Fountain Avis 

This is one of the most poorly run “online providers” I have ever dealt with. They clearly have spent a good amount of money on interface and didn’t leave much for customer support. Everything was going smoothly. I had my lab appointment booked. But then I realized I had donated blood 48 hours before my blood draw was scheduled and I figured I should check to see if that was an issue. Well I gave it a very good effort and spent over an hour and the end result was me cancelling my membership with Fountain and getting a refund. First off the location of this labcorp was in a Walgreens in a pretty awful part of town. I didn’t imagine I would be going to a Walgreens to get this done. I called Walgreens and they connected me to labcorp who never answered the phone. I spent over 40 mins on hold with no ability to leave a message. I called Walgreens back and they wouldn’t help me because it was a “separate company” they gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. I texted the number at Fountain to ask them what to do and they responded “sorry we don’t control labcorp” excellent customer service Fountain Team. BRAVO!! after continuing to try and get my question answered from the “texting line” I tried to find a phone number online. There is none. It’s always so glaringly obvious how poorly a company is run when they do anything they can to stop you from calling them. There was a number on my invoice from Fountain and I bet you can guess….. “this number has been disconnected” at this point there were far too many red flags and I told them I was done. They just immediately refunded me which was the only good part of this experience. They then gave me the number to the person “in charge” Doron. I politely gave him my feed back and tried to keep my business but it was far too late. You don’t treat your customers like that. Make it impossible for them to get a hold of you and then once the relationship has been ruined. Then you give me a number and try to repair the situation. Way too little, too late. So happy I figured this out early rather than dumping money down the drain with this joke of a company.

I seldom leave reviews, but this company is awesome! You actually get a live person texting you back! I missed my appointment and would have Had to wait another two weeks, but they were able to get me an appointment the next day. They’ve done so much. This is a great company. I breath the fresh air had to deal with difficult people and companies when you come across someone who does it right? It definitely makes you thankful

This company truly cares about your health.
They only prescribe top quality products, and always follow up to make sure you are happy,and healthy. I highly recommend them.

I have a crazy work schedule. Thought I scheduled my video visit a certain day but may have messed up. The staff at Fountain accommodated me within minutes. Probably the best customer service I've had in years.

Not only does the providers personalize your hormone protocols, the customer service is top notch. You can contact them 24/7 and know you’re getting a real person at the other end of the line. If you’re looking for evidence based protocols for vitality and longevity and not just cookie cutter maximum dosed clinics, then Fountain is where you should go.

How has this place been given 5 star reviews?!. It’s a joke. In the 3 months I have been with them, they have “forgotten” to send my prescription TWICE! What is going on. They don’t mind charging you (and it’s EXPENSIVE—$299 a month for 12 months is $3600 a year!! That’s outrageous for some progesterone capsules and a cream. They are so utterly disorganized. Plus the prescriber didn’t even know the 1/2 life of the topical estrogen cream necessitates twice a day dosing (facepalm). This is overpriced garbage.

I've been using FountainTRT for a year now and the product and staff are top-notch! The product has alleviated all low-T symptoms and the staff has supported me at every turn. They are very customer oriented and respond nearly instantly to all inquiries! Love them!

Went through their whole online deal for them not to be able to send me anything because they don’t comply with MN- what a waste of time-

The most frustrating thing is that I can't help thinking that the only reason I'm not feeling great 3.5 months in is that they're not paying attention to what they are doing.

For example, they recognize brain fog as symptom yet they require their brain fogged clients to remember complicated information. My GP gives me a summary of the visit so I can double check. Not Fountain HRT. I took notes on a post-it and still got it backwards (yes, I'm dyslexic).

And that 24/7 support by text? Often it's a text version of an answering machine: They'll get back to you on Monday even if it's information you need to know at the time. They did get back to me fairly quickly when I was in pain and they figured out how to fix the issue quickly so it's not a complete sham but they should be able to answer basic questions over the weekend.

I have no idea why they thought texting me in the middle of the night, asking me to rewrite my review, was a good idea. Besides the fact that it's tacky, they never bothered to check my time zone. How basic is that? How basic is sleep? Isn't sleep one of the things that HRT is supposed to restore?

Even their top NP can't be bothered to check basic info like when he offered me a long term prescription 3 months in when I hadn't even had my 1st re-test bloodwork to see if the initial guess was correct? (It wasn't - my testosterone needed to be significantly increased. Even though it was initially too low to measure, I have never felt this blah and wasted a month thinking I was severely depressed.

They set me up with a lab appointment that's over an hour away (and and another hour+ back) with a $7 toll. I had to argue with them more than once to simply create the order and let me take care of it. I walked into my local lab (10 mins away) the next day. They had a "walk-ins welcome" sign on the door.

To circle back, the most important thing they could do to improve their performance is to simply believe in the importance of their own information. Put what they want you know on paper so you can refer to it! They should explain what you should feel and when so you'll know when to text them (🤨) that something is wrong. I wasted a month and half getting very little done b/c their initial script was too low.

Also, they should read the info they have on their clients so they don't make stupid mistakes.

Note to Josh. No need to text me and ask what you can do to improve my review. This is it.

Fountain HRT fixed my life! My in person gynecologist offered no help when I told her about my symptoms. I was constantly irritable, fatigued, and had no sex drive. It was affecting my marriage. Great company with great customer service. This is my second HRT Telehealth company that I have used. I am 100% feeling better after 12 weeks of treatment. I'm more balanced...sleeping better, more energy, brain fog is gone and libido is better. Why choose Fountain? Treatment is individualized based on initial labs and patient specific symptoms. I have used Fountain for approximately one year. Nothing but good things to say about them. They were always very professional and any questions I had were answered quickly. The TRT treatment definitely helped in the areas I was struggling with. I have recommended them to a number of people and would not hesitate to recommend them to someone. Only reason I am no longer using them is due to me going through my local Dr now.

Incredible company. They care about the patient. They monitor how the drug is working in your body with blood tests. The drug dosage is modified based on how your body handles it. It has been a great experience.
