They refuse to refund my money. I had to pay shipping fees twice in March and they've been fooling around saying this is not good now and this is not good

A legrosszabb tapasztalataim vannak velük. Megkérdezés nélkül, önhatalmúlag megváltoztaják a kézebesítési címet. S már nem először. Senkinek nem ajánlom.

I received a notification from Foxpost in 15th of May that the parcel arrived and I can get it by the 20th of May.
I went to the box on the 16th as it was urgent for me to get the parcel. It was not in the box. Then I saw my emails that said that they sent it back to the seller as I did not get it on time. Which is a lie, as the deadline was the 20th. And the message said that if I want the parcel I would then need to order it again. I called Foxpost and they are trying to find out where it is but of course because it is weekend the department who could check this is not at work. It was an urgent package that I ordered because the seller said that they can deliver it within 1-2 working days. And despite ordering it on the 11th of May, I still don't have it and it is now the 17th. It would be a minimum for them to offer to refund the delivery fee and get compensation for the inconvenience it caused as I won't be able to cool my stuff (it was a fridge) for the weekends I really needed it. Plus for the time I have already spent on calling them and the webshop I ordered the mini fridge from.

Hier werden Pakete einfach an einen anderen Standort geliefert als den man angab, mit. der Begründung man ist überlastet. Wo gibt es sowas?? Das absolut letzte Unternehmen was service und Respekt bedeutet kennt man hier nicht

Since they merged with Packeta, a package either arrives in 2 weeks or never! Terrible service. I don't recommend it, it's cheap meat with a thin juice.

Never ever had a problem, and prices are pretty good though they seem to have risen lately.

Teljesen máshova szállították ki a csomagot, ez a szolgáltatás egy forintot nem ér.

Mindig időben megérkezik a csomag, soha nem volt még sérülés.
Rendszeresen használtom csomagok küldésére és fogadására is.

Ezek valamilyen hihetetlenül nevetséges rendzserben dolgoznak. A temu-n keresztül rendeltem. Küldtek egy emailt, hogy vegyem fel a csomagot egy csomagautómatából. Felhívtam a Foxpostot, hogy a csomagot a címemre kellett volna szállítani. Nem látták a rendzserben a címem. Azt mondták szerdán, hogy ebben az esetben a kiszállítás a jövő héten fog megtörténni. Ilyet még Magyarországon nem tapasztaltam. Életemben először és utoljára használtam a Foxpostot. Ha a temu ezeket használja, akkor nem is fogok a temu-nál sem rendelni. Minden más csomagküldő szolgálat jól müködik Magyarországon. Ezek mit csinálnak? És miért dolgozik velük a temu? Az internet tele van a Foxpost negatív értékeléseivel.

A csomag eltünt, zéró ügyfélszolgálat. A 20 napja feladott csomag még mindig nem érkezett meg. 12 napja tettem panaszt, azóta nem is válaszoltak.
Megy a panasz a fogyasztóvédelemhez, mivel így kártérítést se tudok kieszközölni tőlük.

Gusztustalan hazug cég. Nekem azt hazudják, hogy bolt még nem adta át a csomagot a részükre, a nyomkövetés is ezt mutatja, aztán egyszer csak küldenek egy értesítőt, hogy visszaszállítják mert nem vettem át. Semmi értesítést nem küldenek sem emailt, sem sms-t, az applikációban sincs értesítés, hogy átvehető a csomag. Visszaszállítják a csomagot és azt hazudják, hogy nem vettem át. Közben beszéltem a bolttal, másodjára is elküldték már 3 napja, de a nyomkötés megint azt mutatja a bolt még nem adta át a csomagot. Gondolom megint azt fogják hazudni hogy nem vettem át, pedig ki sem szállítják. Ennyire undorító céget még nem láttam. Soha többet nem rendelek onnan ahonnan ők szállítanak.

Ha lehetne akkor 0 csillagot adnék. Nem találkoztam még ennél lassabb, megbízhatatlanabb csomagküldő szolgáltatással. Napokig raktárban rohadó illetve eltűnő csomagok. Nem oda viszik ahova kérik és mé sorolhatnám. Ne ezt válaszd hogy ha teheted!!!
If I could, I would give 0 stars. I've never encountered a slower, more unreliable delivery service. Packages left rotting in the warehouse for days or going missing. They don't deliver to the requested address, and the list goes on. Don't choose this service if you can avoid it!

Sose írtam még így review-t, de borzalmas volt az ügyfélszolgálat. Próbáltam visszaküldeni egy csomagot, de nem működött a nyitókódom. Kaptam egy újat, de egy számjegy lemaradt róla. Ezzel nincs semmi baj, mindenki hibázik, de hiába jeleztem többször, végig azt állították, hogy rendben van pedig kiírta a rendszer, hogy nem megfelelő a kód, mert csak 8 számjegyből áll. Utána már nem is válaszoltak. Szánalmas. Végül a DPD-vel sikerült. Az biztos, hogy soha többé nem használom a Foxpost-ot.

Elvesztették a csomagomat, mert nem tudták jól ráragasztani a matricájukat, 30 napig keresték, utána visszaküldték nekem mert az eladó nem vette át a csomagot, és 1500 Ft-ért kiválthatom. A feladási díjat nem kaptam meg, nem érzi magát felelősnek hogy azért nem vette át a feladó, mert elveszett, és pénzért vehetem vissza. 200% deficit a foxpost miatt. Nem adok fel soha többé semmit sem rajtuk keresztül!
Természetesen akkor sem az ő hibájuk hogy leesett a cimke, mert a szuper ÁSZF-ük mindent levéd :)

Ajánlom figyelmetekbe a többi alternatív box szolgáltatót, aki nem a csomag elvesztéses lehúzásából akar meggazdagodni.

If I could I would rate -5, the worst delivery service. within 4 working days a small package did not get delivered within Budapest and Pecs (160 km). Useless, over prised. They just take the money hand and over deliveries to random unnamed services.

The fosspost is really a useless and thieving structure. Your product has been stolen and no one is doing anything!

I had to pick up a package - I scanned the QR code and a click sound appeared with the "take your package now".
Nothing opened. I couldnt get it. Time ran out and my package was lost. I called their service and they promised to reach back the following morning.
Well... they didnt :-)

Using a pigeon would be quicker. AVOID!

24h sitting in the collection box. Then collected by a courier, who dropped it somewhere a depot at the end of the day. Then no update for days...

They said no time guarantees, take it seriously if you think about them...
